I normally don’t do reviews but after my 3rd bad experience at this store I have to , the customer service is disgraceful , I placed an order the cashier got the order wrong , when I returned to inform them about the mistake I basically got an “OH WELL THATS YOUR FAULT” type of attitude. They told me that I am the one who placed the wrong order and that it was my mistake & that there was nothing they could do since both the cashier and I guess the manager said they both heard me order wrong , save your money & shop elsewhere , I order the same sandwich every time I go here there is no way I would have asked for a tuna sandwich when i actually HATE TUNA SANDWICHES .

I came to this store today to order three hoagies and was service by a rep name Jackson. Jackson not only made me feel rushed but he determined without looking that he could not break a $100 bill. The other rep came over and was able to assist. I asked to have his manager info Alex and spoke with Alex. Not only did Alex not apologize for my experience but supported the behavior of his rep. He then said it was not his policy to take $100 bills but there was no sign to indicate that in the store and the rep Jackson didnt even say he couldnt take it he was just adamant that he couldnt break the bill without looking. Alex goes on to say that Jackson is autistic im guessing to support his behavior but My son who was with me at the time is AUSTISTIC and he's 6. Don't use that as an excuse. Having someone work at your business is your reaponsibility to make sure that the customer has a great experience. I went to this trash location based on my experience with the Jimmy Johns downtown!
Never again. The customer service sucks and the manager/owner does not care for his customers. Why did you call me back? I would rather have you ignore contacting me for feedback if your going to be rude. Put a sign up next time regarding your policy Alex and take some accountability.

This is the third time I’ve found hairs in my sandwich from this location. It’s disgusting. You guys have to get your act together.

This chain will be the next series of store to close if they don't change.
I can get a better hoagie at a local store for less money.
The quality of meat has gotten so bad
It contains so much sodium I couldn't even eat the sandwich.
I ended up giving my sandwich to a homeless person did my good deed for the day

I haven't had JJs in years but before then I was a LOYAL customer, a huge fan. I had a craving for a sandwich that I could not shake and I saw an ad for JJs. I said, why not? I hopped onto my old account (thank you Google password manager) and started my order. Perusing the oh so familiar options, I settled on a #17 Ultimate Porker. I wanted protein for the gym later...is what I told myself.
Digressing, I always customise my sandwiches to my particular tastes of the moment. Most of the options are still the same, a few options but nothing stands out per se. I add pickles, onions and....oh crispy jalapeños? Why not?
I add my chips of choice, Salt & Vinegar, of course. And checkout.
Fast forward, the store is clean, check out is easy, I impulse buy a cookie (I miss the chocolate chunk, no white chocolate), and head home.
The moment of unwrapping is nostalgic, the smell is iconic, and the taste was absolutely out of this world. Specifically the amplifying flavor of the crispy jalapeños really brought the sandwich together.
I don't know who decided to add those as a topping choice but kudos to them. Give them a damn bonus!

Nice place to go and get a sub. Don’t ask for too much tho, the service there was not very kind. They gave us the wrong order and blamed us for it. Just won’t be going back to this location.

Horrible experience. The guy working gave me turkey on a hard bun. Somehow he forgot to put lettuce tomato and mayo on. I would suggest going to Starbucks next door.

Hours posted on website indicate shop us open til 6:00 PM. Was there before 4 PM on April 11, 2023 and doors were locked. So did the store just choose to close early or do the times need to be updated on the website. We love the sandwiches and we're disappointed.
