Cash register wasn’t working. After an extended wait time (I’m the only one in the store) the cashier tells me I have to come behind the register and put my card #, expiration, zip code etc. in a machine off to the side……. I proceed to ask for a small cup for water and was told I had to pay for it per the general managers orders… I’m like you can’t just give me a couple of water for the weight and the fact I have to come around and punch in my own information on your device after all that wait time…. Long story short, terrible customer service, terrible problem-solving waste of time Terrible location.

The restaurant is directly behind the AMC theater in an area covered with Avery signs. They even have parking in front of the store! I used Cecil B Moore and 15th St to get there after the store manager took all 10+ of my calls to get there.
On that note: The workers here are EXTREMLY kind, and the sandwiches were fresh and tasty.
Was surprised I was being rushed for my order they started making my sandwich before I was done my order and I wanted different bread. Very dissatisfied!!

It was new year eve guys treated us out of this world they were trying to head home and we re 90% cleaned up and did serve us thank you guys Happy new year
