Jimmy Johns has without a doubt given me the best service any fast food chain has ever given me before. From the moment I walked in I received positive energy and bright smiles. The person who took my order was the manager and he could not have been more help. The person who made my sandwich made it look just like the pictures. 100% they have retained a loyal customer and I completely recommend everyone to check them out!!
I just had wonderful service at this Jimmy Johns. I asked for a bag for my drink and an employee came over with some tape to put on mu lid. I wish I caught his name but the years of great service I've been getting makes this my favorite Jimmy Johns. Thanks Everyone!
A location is within 10 minutes of our house, but they wouldn't deliver. We really wanted to try it, so we went to pick up our sandwiches. I was far from impressed. They don't offer as many customized options as I'm used to anywhere else, chose regular portion for the meat and there was hardly any meat. I went light on the oil, yet it was dripping in oil.
