Some of the best if not the best water ice I’ve ever had. Soft serve was also very good. Highly recommend but it is cash only and I didn’t see an ATM so be prepared

Hands down the best place for water ice. The chocolate water ice is my favorite. No other place can top them in my opinion. The pizza pretzels are phenomenal just perfect too. I moved outta south philly a few years ago and Jimmys is what I miss the most.

Every time I've been there I've left a $3 tip for one item and not one time have ever recieved a simple thank you, let alone even just a smile. Must just be the younger generation today. So I'll go back for the product but I won't be leaving anything extra.
