Subject: Issue with Order: Incomplete and Poor Quality (Date: January 19, 2026)

To the Management Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with an order I placed today at your Philadelphia Bustleton Ave branch. Despite driving through the snow specifically to get a 10pc Chickenjoy bucket for my child, the experience was very poor.
After being asked to wait 15 minutes because there wasn’t enough chicken ready, I arrived home to find only 9 pieces in the bucket. To make matters worse, the chicken we did receive was extremely dry and didn't meet your usual standards.
Given the wait time and the fact that the order was both incomplete and poor quality, I would appreciate a refund or a voucher for a replacement meal. I have attached a copy of my receipt for your reference.

I was a regular customer at the Jollibee in Edison, NJ, until I moved to South Jersey. I am sad that there isn't a location in South Jersey, but this one is close enough that I'll occasionally make the drive and pay the $3 toll. Please open a Jollibee in South Jersey! It would thrive in a place like Cherry Hill or Marlton.

I honestly don’t understand why this location even has a drive-thru if it’s never used. Every time I come by, the answer is always “drive-thru is closed,” even when the place isn’t busy at all.

It doesn’t seem like a staffing issue either — employees are just standing around inside, milking the clock instead of helping customers. This feels like lazy leadership and poor management rather than an actual operational problem. If you’re going to build a drive-thru, at least use it.

Food is fine when you finally get it, but the lack of effort and consistency really hurts the experience.

What an embarrassment of a franchise. We came 20 MINUTES BEFORE the close time, not even requesting to do indoor seating but just take out.

Only to be completely refused service, not even allowed to put in ANY orders. I already put in a complaint to corporate but needed to share on here as well. Sobrang nakakahiya that this is the image they give people here in the states as I know this is100% not in line with the goals of Jollibee management.

If you are going to deny any orders by a certain time then CHANGE your closing time.
