Im only giving 3 star because the owner is nice. The waitresses were really rude, and she just rolled her eyes when my mom asked for food recommendation. I left tips for them anyway because of the tip culture. But in any Asian country, you get much better service without paying the tip.
Our go to place for dimsum in philadelphia. Now I only gave 3 stars because of the poorly maintained bathrooms. But I would rate their food 5 stars due to it's affordability and taste. The management needs to really have a good look into the bathrooms though. Do not go if you can hold it in!
Average Dim Sum place in the heart of Chinatown. The decor was nice and intricate. It feels like you are being transported to China. Food was mediocre at best. You can tell most of the dumplings were probably outsourced to an external supplier as they are not freshly made in house.
