soooo good & she was super sweet. about to order again now

Called and placed an order for Fish Pate, and drove 25 minutes to their store. When I arrived it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter, and she had a very bad attitude. Said they didn’t have anymore & knew nothing about my order. Wouldn’t come again unless it was the only store in Philly with Pate..!

Bad customer service ,👎they’re always late , whenever they say 25-30 minutes, you may drive to Maryland and come back , they still haven’t started with your food yet , and you can’t say anything…because they’ll get mad

I’ve been forcing myself to order from this place for several years for lack of better options at times and it is the worst. Terrible customer service, never have anything that’s on the menu, the operation hours change on a whim, always missing something from your order, long wait times.. I could go on. It’s a miracle this place is still opened and getting customers.

Busy place. Not to much room. Patient and light-hearted staff. Good service. This is not fast food. Some orders may take more time than others

I Called In. I Asked For Vegetable Legume. When I Got There They Had Not Even Started The Order At All Until I Arrived And Told Them What I’d Ordered. Once I Get Home Start Eating I Realize That I’m Picking Bones Out Of My Mouth And There’s Some Type Of Meat In The Legume. I ASKED FOR VEGETABLE Legume. And I Even Asked Them Again To Make Sure That It Was (Vegetable) And They Confirmed It Was. Highly Upset. Be Careful Eating From Here. If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would.

I was visiting PA and called this place to order some food, the man was So RUDE on the phone. How is that possible for someone to be this RUDE? Do better.

Rude cook, do not have most of the items mentioned on the menu. When asked what was on the menu, I was given a rude look and asked why. Waited in the resturant with no one there to take my order for 20 minutes. They are so unorganized. Poor cashier had a lot of responsibilities. She was so nice thoough.

The food use to be good but the customer service has always been horrible, especially the young lady that’s normally at the counter, she has no manners and just plain rude. Take out can take anywhere between 45 mins to 2 hours.

I just bought some food but it's 3 completely orders of 2 chicken in sauce and white rice and 1 1 fried chicken with white rice and beans sauce. However, I don't mind it took so long like 1 hour for the food to be ready. But the problem is the beans sauce and the chicken sauce are very salted...I think they put too much seasonings to make the food delicious or tasteful, unfortunately they made the food the opposite... my kids who were so hungry couldn't eat the food, and I have headaches myself for eating the salted food...I have been from a long way, from a long distance to buy the food but we're not satisfied... it's a waste of money and time...
