I can't say enough good stuff about Jr. Billy's. Lisa and the team made the most delicious food for my mom's birthday. They were attentive and responsive and came through with a same day order for 10 people. Highly recommend their fried wings and yams. Even helped me carry it to the car.

It was my first time going and I was blown away, the food is delicious, I bought different flavors of the Smoked Chicken Wings,the barbecue, garlic parmesan & j**** all were tasty, the pork ribs melted in your mouth, but the Oxtail Linguine was to die for, it was by far my favorite, I intend on going back soon to try out their Smoke Salmon and the various sides, I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family & friends.

I would like to try the spicy beans. I like the smoke flavored wings and string beans. The food needs just a little more seasoning. Not much to rave about just something to hold u over. You can try it for yourself.

My wife and I visited Billy's for the first time today, and a friendly, warm staff helped us around the menu. We asked for two sides, and because Billy was low on the one that we wanted, he gave us what was left of the side and TWO MORE sides for the same price.But the food...the food...Ultra tender fall-off-the-bone wings and ribs. Perfect amount of seasoning and bark. Lovely smoke flavor. This has to be some of the best BBQ in Philly! Check it out!

Finally got a chance to check out this place. The portion sizes are perfect. The meat slid right off the ribs and wings because it was PERFECT!Would def go back! We got the Mac and cheese along with the string beans and because there weren't enough string beans, we got another side of coleslaw. I was impressed with their generosity
