Seems that most of the menu can be made vegan being they have seitan and vegan cheese. I got vegan birria tacos which were delicious: very creative where the base is braised yams and black beans topped with hominy, and everything is enclosed in 2 fried corn tortillas. Very filling. 3 tacos & the consomme for $18. Got the chips and salsa too. The salsa verde was delicious. Drinks were in a cooler (Hank’s, Jarritos, Mexican Coke, water). Service was great (it’s not table service; you order at the counter, and they bring you your food). Decor was cute. One heads up is they don’t appear to have air conditioning if that bothers you. Definitely going back.

I was hoping maybe it would be served with vegan “beef” or seitan to give the tacos a meatier texture. Flavors were delicious nonetheless. It just felt like the $18 price point for bean tacos was a bit overpriced.

I had thanksgiving dinner there... I met a few folks via Facebook. We didn't have plans for Thanksgiving so we met up for Juan's turkey dinner. They served 2 plates. 1 was the traditional Turkey plate (they could've put more food on the plate, sorry). The 2nd plate was Mexican food...
I ordered the traditional Turkey plate and ordered a chicken quesadilla. Kevin, was AWESOME. I've worked many Thanksgiving in my life... It sucks working on a holiday. I was a waitress for 20+ years... I hated working holidays, but here I am, going out to eat on a holiday. 🙄 Thank you, Kevin. You are a doll!!!
