My husband I visited Sullivan's on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 for "Happy Hour" at the bar. Disappointed to say the least! The service behind the bar was horrible (at least 3 different couples came and left due to no service). The bar area is a disgrace, dishes pilled up behind the bar (never should see this as a customer), I guess the food the bartender was going to eat was on the counter behind the bar! Overall very dirty and not at all what we have seen ever at Sullivan's. Then when we were leaving was a large white bucket sitting on a bar stool (in plain site) where the service people enter and leave the bar, with a strainer and I am guessing what the use for their signature drink (the Pineapple Knock Out) just sitting on a bar stool! Our food was good, but come on, what is going on? Also the Manager came out to do something on the computer and never even blinked at the surroundings. So very disappointed, this was always our go to for Happy Hour.

I love the ambience here! They have something going on almost every night, live bands, open mic, etc. the staff was very nice & pleasant. It was open mic night and the artist were all great. I think the food is a little on the salty side. I would return to see if maybe it was just that night or if other options may fit me better.

Came here for my Sisters birthday party and had an amazing time. The food was excellent and the atmosphere is great. It's nice to go to a place where you can enjoy great food, music, drink and have a good time without all of the drama sometimes associated with clubs. The staff were very attentive and I will be definitely going back. The crowd of is of older mature adults which I really enjoy!

Food was good but we got two pieces of fish last time this time we only got one. The ambiance is grown and I loved it. The service is Trash! Waitress had a nasty attitude, female manager wanted to argue with me because of a mistake she made. So I contacted them to have alittle birthday celebration. She got back to me we discussed everything ok cool. Then she gets back to me telling me she forgot that it was a private event happening. (Mind you the event happens every month) so she said she was going to reach out to the promoters and get back to me. We had several text conversations and she said she was still waiting on the promoters to get back to her she offered another location that I didnt want. I went on ig and contacted the promoters myself based off the flyer she sent. Talked to promoters and boom we in there. This lady told me i owe her $500 from the DJ for her other spot mind you we never confirmed I asked her several questions she never responded to. If I waited for her there wouldn't have been a birthday. She called herself I guess trying to check me , nah Ms you have the right one on the wrong day. She called me at 5pm on the day of the party while I was setting up. Once I talked to party promoter who she claimed she was waiting to hear from there was no need to talk to her. Telling me I'm never having a party and getting an attitude instead of being apologetic for her mistake is insane. I wrote on my receipt as well as put my number in the male manager hand for the owner and haven't heard anything yet I'm guessing they trashed it. Oh and although it was a private event when we went to set up it was fine the moment I left oh y'all can't have all these tables even though we bought over 20 tickets. Some of our people were standing up , some just left and then finally the male manager gave us another table. People didn't get their food , people got food before other people my whole table food was messed up im guessing because of me. It was a disaster and to think I really liked this place but all the money we spent wasn't worth the unprofessionalism. Oh and after one of our guest left they said oh they forgot to pay can you get in contact with them. I could have been a jerk like them but God don't like ugly. It's very unprofessional the ladies at the bar were cool no issues with them. Giving one star because owner didn't contact me , manager wanted to argue , waitress had attitude , messed up people food. And to think we thought this was going to be our new spot smh.

Everyone was friendly, the veggie tacos were phenomenal, the drinks were as expected.Vegetarian options: Best veggie tacos ever!, I don't see an option to add the picture of my dish to this review.
