i was working there for a week or 2 and decided to leave because it was an absolute hot mess in there. My co-worker was making a milkshake for a customer (through door-dash) and he was drinking out of the milkshake cup before putting it in the bag to hand to the dasher. like, ew! i remember one day, the manager let like 5 dogs into the ice cream shop! isn't that unsanitary? the air is never on there, the guy at the register was outside smoking, came back in and served ice cream without washing his hands!! i told the manager the complete truth through text and the blocked me and wouldn't give me my money for my days training. and made up all these lies about me. now i see why NO ONE wants to work for him. complete WEIRDOOOOOO. seriously, DO NOT WORK HERE!!!

They at least used to have soft serve. It's dark, dirty, hot, never open when they say they are. They made me a smoothie with all warm ingredients and when I asked the girl why she looked at me like I was asking her for 500 bucks. It would be great to have a nice fro-yo place in the neighborhood. This is not that.

The service is miserable i am here right now. I brought someone with me and it was embarrassing, the young lady seems the typical person angry for whatever no one knows. The young lady refused to provide any price or information and at the end when we prepared our sundae she didnt even advice us before they dont acept any commercial credit or debit card. We wasted 40 min of our time driving here we will never come back!!!!!!
