I read the comments from others and still decided to order, this is my second time ordering from off of doordash and this is the second time they forgot my extra dressing that I paid for, and they for the bread. I don’t understand why their team members can’t pay attention to details because it’s very frustrating when you can’t enjoy your salad the way you like! Probably won’t order from here again, and their salads are not bad but the service can do better.

Every time I order something is missing. Sometimes it’s the bread or lemon which I figured maybe they don’t have enough. But this time they don’t have 3 of my add on 3$ for extra chicken and 1.50 for Brussels and feta cheese. This is the 3rd time. I love their Caesar and chicken poblano but it’s just not worth it if they can only do the bare minimum orders.

I ordered a salad online for pickup. It was a Thai chicken salad, and it contained no chicken. They also gave me a lemon instead of a lime.The vegetables were fine, but I paid for chicken.

Tasty salads. A little expensive. You can use Too good to go and get a salad of their choice at a much lesser price. A 6 dollar salad filled me up to the brim !!

Popped over to Just Salad for lunch while my kitty was at UPenn The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Service was fast. The food is fresh and my salad was delicious! A well oiled machine! I’ll be back!

The food and service I received today at just salad was absolutely amazing. The salad was fresh and the employee were just so nice and welcoming. Shout out to Angie and the whole upend team, you will see me more often for sure.. :)
1) If you are reading this in Feb of 2023, they have an amazing $8.99 price for ALL salads with the use of their reusable bowl program!2) I really love this location. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are prompt and friendly (even when it has obviously been a long day. Be kind to folks in customer-facing positions!)3) I've been going here for years and I plan to continue doing so for as long as I work in the area. Best wishes to Angie and everyone else at Just Salad :)

The food tasted good until the avocado toast broke my tooth. The bread was so hard that at one point I was chewing a piece of my tooth and couldn’t tell the difference. Eat at your own risk.
