Love this spot! Service is extremely fast and sushi always tastes fresh.
They DO NOT allow any dine in service.
What an awesome experience! Hiring Chef Aaron Griffin was a huge win for Kansai. My family and I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of sushi at his bar and he put on a magnificent show for us. The restaurant looks brand new and sharply decorated. We had miso, shumai, gyoza, edamame, lots of sushi, coctails, mochi and everything was very good. The sushi was top notch. We had to remind our server about some things we ordered he had forgotten about, but we ordered a lot and he was preoccupied flirting with some server girls lol forgiveable we tipped him 20% and also tipped the kitchen staff over 20% for the excellent fair. It's a hidden gem, they are looking to expand with some upstairs entertainment space in the future. You should definately go sit at Chef Aaron's bar and let him treat you to a wonderful night of fine dining!

Ordered takeout and there was a loading zone sitectly in front, which made pickup quick and easy. Udon soup was good but vegetable portion was small for the cost. Dragon roll was excellent but the shrimp tempura roll was soggy. They also put the shrimp and sweet potato rolls together so be sure to list in the instructions if you're vegetarian and ordering with another person.

Ordered delivery several times and enjoyed very fresh fish. Ratio of fish to rice/seaweed is much better than other local Sushi places.
Miso Soup delicious.
Prices reasonable.

Our go-to local sushi spot. It’s always fresh and high quality, the prices are good, and they prepare your order very quickly.

The weirdest dining experience of my life. I walk in to all staff staring at me like I’ve committed a crime - I ask if they’re open, they say yes & let me sit at the only table in the restaurant.
I figure out what I want to eat and wait patiently until a gentleman returns - he asks what I’d like to eat & in the middle of me telling him, he walks away behind the counter and is like come here & tell me. I get up and walk out. If you’re don’t offering dine in service just say that… strange.

I've been happily ordering sushi from Kansai for years, but a few weeks ago I ordered delivery as usual and there was a roach in my food. Can't be sure if this is a new problem. Very disgusted and disappointed.

This is the best and most consistent sushi restaurant in the area. I have never eaten inside but get takeout probably every other week on average. The sushi and sashimi always taste fresh and the hot appetizers are flavorful and delicious. Love Kansai!

This was my first time having food from Kansai and I ordered Teriyaki box. It was all delicious, it was a very good variety and the quantity of food was huge. I can't wait to try more items on the menu.
