Karma is the only place I order from when I want to get Indian food. I ordered Butter Chicken and the delivery driver picked up the wrong package and I called Karma to let them know and they quickly fixed the mistake and sent me my food! It is amazing when a business takes so much care in their customers! I can’t wait to go back and order again!! Make sure you check it out!!!

We loved our meal at Karma. The servers were very warm and helpful, explaining to us the sauce suggestions for the luscious samosas and coming over several times to ensure our satisfaction. They played lovely Indian music during our meal. The food quality was superb; we had the baigan bharta and cauliflower with potatoes, and perfectly roasted naan and jasmine rice. The only suggestion I would have is to be aware of the spice level when you order. We ordered the first level up from MILD which was MEDIUM and it was very spicy. The next time we order (which will be very soon!), we will order a spice level between Mild and Medium.

Don’t order late. I arrived in town late. According to Google, they are open until 10 PM. I ordered at 9 PM and received a message that my order will be picked up at 9:20. When I arrive at 9:25, I was told that they did not start cooking. I told the waiter just to cancel the order and refund my money. He refused and insisted that the food will be available in five minutes. By about 945 my food, which I didn’t want, was ready. When I got back to my room, I found food that was obviously rushed and not fully cooked.

Karma is hands down the best restaurant in Philadelphia! Not only is the food delicious but the staff are incredible and make the experience amazing. We had the butter chicken which had a burst of flavor in every bite. With 6 different spice levels, they accommodate for everyone’s palate. I have been to numerous restaurants in Philly and none come close to their masterful work! The chicken 65 is perfect in every way; the spice, the savoriness, the texture.. this dish is simply unmatched. The soups give you a warm and nourishing feeling, especially when paired with any entree. I do not know where to begin with lasooni naan.. it’s magical and cooked to perfection. If you are in Philadelphia, you have go to Karma and take your tastebuds on a rollercoaster of gusto!

I came here with a group of seven for dinner. Staff was very nice, and our waiter was Abhishek. Service was a bit slow but food was very good. Highly recommend this place.
The food was exquisite and came fast. The service was amazing and they were very lenient and fulfilled all our demands very quickly. The atmosphere was great not too loud and had good background music.
