Listen, I order from KeeBooms online often, thru DoorDash. I went to the building in West Philly for the first time the other day. Wasn't expecting to have to order from a side window, but I digress. Her food is always delicious to me! I know I know how to cook, so to eat from another chef that cooks almost like I do, I'm grateful for that. The only other thing that I had a complaint about was the pricing was NOT correct on the outside menu. I suggested to the young man that took my order, that the prices should be changed to correct numbers, because it looks like you're overcharging people for their orders. Other than that, KeeBooms gets a 10/10 from me.

Food ok potions are ridiculous small for the price ordered lamb chops and I was wondering where the rest was. Ordered mac for mash yams were good. They put foil inside the container then the food didn't understand that felt like i was eating

I order from this location twice a month for my family through uber eats. It’s takes my food 3 hours to be delivered. Today my food was not delivered and the uber drivers cancelled because the food was not ready. I suggest an earlier prep time to prepare for the weekend rush on Fridays. Food is amazing but service is disappointing.

very disappointed Uber eat arrived at 9pm. I called 6:30. Sweet potatoes was cold , Mac, cheese nuke warm. Barbeque was not half cook. Never again

Fri, May 23. 2025. I ordered Stuffed Salmon Alfredo. It was sooooo delicious!!! It was perfect until I found hair in the Stuffed part of the Salmon. Smh, and they closed right now. It's 11 pm, I can't even do anything about it!!! Until tomorrow!! I'm sooooo upset!!! And the long single piece of hair is so entangled and merged with the stuffed salmon crab meat. I don't understand how the person preparing the food didn't see it.

Keeboom's has amazing food. This is a soul food spot where no additional seasoning needs to be added to your food. The food portions are on point. My platter had some weight. The service and atmosphere are not rate-worthy, since you're served out of a window on the side of the building. There is no building access to rate the atmosphere. I will say the area outside the building was trash and debris-free. Once again, the food is amazing and I would highly recommend Keeboom's to anyone who enjoys seasoned food!!!

Macaroni and cheese was burnt candy. Yams was burnt looked like it was reheated from yesterday. Bad customer service they need to retrain their workers.
