Shitty bar!
I had recently moved into the neighborhood and quickly became a regular at Kelliann’s with my girlfriend. From the very first time we stopped in, we loved the food, the atmosphere, and the overall vibe. We came every weekend for dinner and drinks, always had a great time, and even brought friends and family to try it out. It quickly became our go-to spot in the neighborhood.
That all changed during our most recent visit, which was supposed to be a calm birthday celebration for my girlfriend. What should have been a fun night turned into one of the most uncomfortable and unsafe dining experiences we’ve ever had.
While waiting to order, a man sat down next to our table and immediately made my girlfriend and our friend uncomfortable. He stared at them, smirked, and even licked his lips at them. He had a backpack on and headphones, and after a few minutes, went into the bathroom. At that point, we quietly told our server that this man was making us uncomfortable. The response was simply, “Don’t worry, he just closed out. He should be out of here soon.” We trusted that the server would handle it, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
The man came back and lingered near our table, still staring and smirking. Then he sat down again next to us, claiming to be “waiting for the bathroom,” and repeated the same behavior. At this point, my girlfriend and her friend were shaking and clearly distressed. We informed the server again, only to be told, “Ignore it. You all just have to ignore it.” It was clear our concerns weren’t being taken seriously, and the women at the table felt unsafe and dismissed.
A few minutes later, the man went up to the bar and ordered a shot. The server gave it to him, despite already being told he was making patrons feel unsafe. The man then leaned on our table, staring and smirking at my girlfriend and her friend again. I told him directly to leave us alone, and he responded, “Why can’t I look at them? Why do you care?” At this point, I was angry, but my girlfriend urged me not to escalate, so once again I asked the server for help. This time, he looked at me and continued serving other customers as if our situation wasn’t happening.
Finally, my girlfriend asked for our food to-go, saying we would be leaving. Only then did the server attempt to intervene, and even then it wasn’t immediate. He stood there arguing with the man while the man continued staring, smirking, and licking his lips at the women. It was disturbing, and it felt like the staff were more concerned about not offending the harasser than protecting the safety of their own customers.
After 40 minutes to an hour of this behavior, another patron finally said that the man had been grabbing his girlfriend inappropriately. Only then was he finally kicked out. By that time, the damage was done—my girlfriend and our friend were shaken, upset, and felt unsafe for the entirety of what was supposed to be a birthday dinner.
We have always loved Kelliann’s food, and that’s why we came back week after week. But this experience was not just disappointing—it was unacceptable. A customer was repeatedly harassing women, and the staff ignored multiple pleas to step in. If the server had acted the first time we asked for help, we would have had another great evening. Instead, the two women at my table left feeling unsafe and unheard, and the staff’s lack of urgency in protecting them made it worse.
It is very sad that in a place we trusted and supported, women felt in danger when they asked for help. The staff’s inaction made it feel like our concerns didn’t matter. Because of this, we don’t see ourselves returning. A restaurant or bar should never make its customers—especially women—feel unsafe when the situation could have been stopped so easily.

Awesome neighborhood bar with great service and really good food. If you are a wings person then give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. So good we went back the next day for some take out and decided to stay and eat there. Drinks kept coming and conversation kept flowing with bartender. Place is welcoming.

Me and my wife stopped by for the famous wings with house made sauce, It was super packed, only reason for giving a four star for service was because you had to go to the bar to get a menu and ask for service.
But with understanding they were very packed. The wings were very good and I would make a trip back for sure.

Tuesday night, just came here randomly from a Yelp search. Parked right out front, walked in with my daughter and we were warmly welcomed. The bar is very clean with plenty of seating and tables. My daughter couldn’t decide what to drink and Maddie recommended a Berry Cosmo which she loved. Ordered the Gouda Long Hots Burger and fries. The burger was so delicious, my favorite thing I’ve eaten in a long time. I’m going to be coming back every Tuesday because Shane and Maddie were such a cool duo. Best bartenders! Amazing bar food! Good tunes and a great time!

Best wings in the city (KA sauce), $3 high life bottles, $4.50 Kenwood drafts and a dive bar vibe. Best bar to watch Philly sports in the city. A special and amazing place.
Place is small! No room indoors and t'was a nice day, so we sat outside. Service was great! Everyone loved what they ate! Salad, wings. Pulled pork nachos, crab cake sandwich, turkey sandwich and fries...all good! Give it a go!

Underrated wing spot in the city; so good. The Kelliann’s sauce(buffalo + garlic parm) is insane. Fries seemed beer battered, really awesome bar food and a great dive. Their wings might be my favorite in the city.
