Ordered Chicken Lo Mein... but got linguine pasta, raw onion slices, small specs of lettuce ? How can a Asian restaurant replace lo mein noodles with linguine? Rubbery small flat strips of chicken??? S9 confused how this place got 4.7?

This restaurant used to be a favorite among my colleagues and me, given its convenient location near our workplace. We’ve been loyal customers since it opened, but last week marked the end of our patronage. The female order taker we encountered was shockingly rude—easily the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Her attitude suggested she despised her job, and unfortunately, it’s dragging the business down with her. Several coworkers have shared similar experiences and have decided to stop ordering from Kenshin altogether. It’s disheartening to see a once-reliable establishment lose its reputation due to poor service.

Ordered take out today and had some yummy food!! The soup dumplings were super delicious with a nice sweeter flavor. The noodles themselves were also yummy and the vegetables were very flavorful. We even received some drinks to try by our nice waitress! Would recommend eating here again.

The customer service here sucked so hard LMAO if you see a young waitress with glasses behind the counter, wait another day to pop in.

Visited around 9:30 PM after a concert - my two friends and I were the only people in the restaurant. We weren’t greeted or offered a seat, so after a couple awkward minutes of standing around we just took a table. The waitress saw us, but waited close to 10 minutes to bring our menus; no greeting or suggestions, took orders super curtly, maintained a visibly exasperated expression when one of my friends asked for a few more minutes to decide what he wanted. She brought utensils out and didn’t quite slam them on the table, but was weirdly forcible putting them down. Didn’t say a word when delivering food, never came back to the table to ask if we needed anything else (with the exception of wordlessly topping off our water about halfway through). We finished our food and asked for the check; waited about ten minutes, didn’t receive it. My one friend asked again (it was about 10:50 by that point, we knew they were closing soon) when the waitress appeared and she rushed it out, but then didn’t bring back the merchant copy to sign for like another 5 minutes. She tossed 3 fortune cookies on the table with the most pissed off expression I’ve ever seen and disappeared behind the counter again LOL.

Food was good though - sushi was well-wrapped and fresh, dinner bento box was great for the price, and both the teriyaki salmon and sticky rice were cooked well.

The restaurant has very bad customer service. The young lady was rude and not very helpful. I would not recommend this place

My husband and I love Japanese and Chinese cuisine! Nice, kind, polite service staff! Nice atmosphere, everything is always delicious! Vegetables ? ??? are very tasty cooked, my husband and I don’t eat meat, we eat vegetables, cereals and seafood ? ? , Japanese and Chinese restaurants have a large selection and cook very tasty

Deeeeeelicious! Kenshin is one of my favorite Asian cuisine restaurants in my city! My favorite order is the lump crab fried rice, Singapore Mei fun, and their kenshin fried wings. I miss dining in, but that changed because of the pandemic. It is a little on the high price side, but the food is worth it!
