Among the worst KFC locations and utterly ignorant and unprofessional conduct that is harmful to the company brand. Submitted a formal complaint to launch investigation into unethical business practices and filed an additional complaint with Better Business Bureau. The individuals that work here are representatives of the company and think that because it is in the ghetto that that somehow permits inexcusable nonsense when handling customer orders and services. Recommend that they conduct strict interviews and require actual experience or references. These people should not be involved with food, customer service or being on frontlines as acting face of the company.

The service and food was good however the drive through was closed and the inside needed to be remodeled. Looks like the owner doesn't care about the restaurant because it is in the "hood". The drive through is adequate when it's available but don't go inside. This review has nothing to do with the employees or service, this is an ownership issue. There are hundreds of establishments located in the inner city that have a better atmosphere and maintained restaurant. I grew up in the inner city aka The Hood so I'm ok with going into these types of establishments however I wouldn't recommend anyone not from the inner city going inside to dine. If the Drive Through is not available, keep it moving to another fast food restaurant. You would be better off going to a local mom and pops restaurant.

Food was absolute garbage. Everything advertised about KFC- was unlawful delivered subpar. The chicken was soaked in grease, to the point there was excessive oil at the bottom. The oil had a rancid smell, telling me they probably haven’t changed the oil in ages. The mac was dry but mushy at the same time. I’m not even sure how you manage to do that… If I didn’t order through Uber eats, I surely take it right back. It’s seriously concerning that companies allow these restaurants to serve food that is below standard. It shows the lack of care to the company and customers.

If I could give it 0 I would, days ago I placed an order to be sent to me and to this day I am still waiting for my order because it never arrived!!! Besides, I called the store, and nothing knows what happened, he called KFC and they told me that they can’t give me a refund. My order number is 200783516 so I’m really still waiting for my food! Or in its effect my refund of money

Has all the usual asian grocery store items.
They serve hot food. Looked good, but we didn't try it. Prices reasonable. Not all the staff speak English.

This is the worst fast food experience. The interior walls and ceiling are dirty. Our order was accepted the 4th time because the guy at the checkout simply couldn’t remember how many sandwiches we needed, although we only bought 3 pieces, and repeated this several times. It was completely absurd. We were told that only 2 sandwiches were ready and asked if we were willing to wait 10 minutes for the third sandwich to be prepared. We agreed, but 15 minutes later when my husband went to the cashier to find out where our order was, it turned out that they had not even started preparing our order and there were no sandwiches ready at all. In total we waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches to be made. This is unthinkable, considering that there were only 3 clients in the room besides us. Apparently they are focused on delivery orders, not cafe customers. The chicken was tasteless, just batter and overcooked dough, the fries were the same. After that, we went to the Lindsey Stirling concert and after 1.5 hours a terrible heartburn began that could not be removed. This location at 1200 N Broad St is a disgrace to the KFC brand and this branch needs to be closed.

I really had the worst disappointment ? I walked more than 45 minutes because this is my favorite place and you know the food can't change, but literally the chicken was in bad condition the potatoes were horrible really disappointed
