Wanted to order a No. 4 but was told there was only wings (seems to be the issue at nights). I agreed to the wings but did not expect to get 3 dry wings for $15.00. No napkins. And now that I read the reviews This place needs a overhaul.

The service is the worst, the manager is very arrogant, the one who serves at the cash register is very rude and very racist, everyone is very rude, there is a man covered in tattoos, all defiant, who looks like a criminal, he started to insult, let's hope the managers do something, the worst experience of my life, it's a shame that a country like this has this kind of people.

I usually go to the KFC on harbison but I was on aramingo avenue and I wanted some fried chicken this chicken was dry dry dry dry dry no finger licking Good it look like I've been sitting there for 8 to 10 hours real s*** horrible what a waste the money I was mad we got two dried ass breasts and a leg harbison have is always so good hot and fresh I'll never go back to aramingo KFC

Wow guys check your food when you get it from here, the chicken was filthy dark cause they used old oil. the chicken tastes funny due to old oil being used. I’m pregnant and sick at the hospital from that oil. Be careful with this location. The manager is also extremely rude to everyone 👍

Horrible horrible horrible! Don’t spend your money here! Restaurant messed up my order I tried to cancel they said I couldn’t that I had to call the 1800#, I called them and they said the window was closed to cancel! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
If I could give a zero I would, this place has declined rapidly. lunch hour closed. Burned food. Rude employees. Waiting excessively in line like a fool, drive thru and inside.. always out of food like biscuits? How in the heck can you be out of biscuits. I love KFC. I used to like this place but now I just make a U-turn and go down to Popeyes.

Worked there for a year and I must say my employees were amazing but I can’t say the same for the manager, she was always rude to not just employees but customers too, she would constantly be intoxicated while at work and she had an overall negative attitude and no I’m not saying any of this out of anger I just want to make known that 9/10 she is very two faced and treated a lot of her employees wrong. Food is good though and everyone else’s customer service outside of her is amazing.
