The owner/management of this location needs to do what I would say is a wellness check on the employees. Your greeted with under enthusiastic people that always appear to not want to be there and the service equals that. The menu is crowded with too many items and you have to go back to figure what you want all over again because they don't have anymore.(Early in the day) I will say it's clean for the most but spare us the attitudes.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a $15 hot wing combo with Mac n cheese. I waited 30 minutes, couldn't get a refund according to staff. Didn't get the Mac n cheese they gave me potato wedges, which I don't like. If I wouldn't have worked a 10 hour shift I would make my own food. I came for the convenience. But it wasn't convenient at all. I think I'm officially done with fast food restaurants.

Walked in and tried to use the restroom before ordering was told the bathroom was put of order then overheard a manager call me and addict as I walked to the counter to order. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful staff here.

No problem with the taste or quality of the food at KFC, and their service was quick enough, but their prices are getting too high.
Although the other chicken fast-food restaurants are increasing in cost as well, such as:Raising Cane's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes etc.

I honestly wish I could give this KFC less than 1 star. I know it’s fast food so my expectations weren’t high to begin with, but the service here was beyond rude and unprofessional.

Me and my roommates just wanted KFC for dinner because of the wedges comeback, and we ended up ordering through Uber Eats twice. The first time, my driver told me someone else already took my order. The driver handed me the phone to the staff, and the person (who claimed to be the manager) said the driver “stole my order.” Makes no sense.
So I reordered. The second time, my driver showed up and told me my order was canceled — which clearly wasn’t true, otherwise he wouldn’t even be there. He tried to speak with the staff to figure it out, but they completely ignored him. Then one of them started yelling at him, saying things like “This is your job, get back to where you’re going and get out my face,” along with other slurs. Completely uncalled for.

Whether this was a staff member or the so-called “manager,” the way this location treats customers AND delivery drivers is absolutely unacceptable. Between the canceled orders, missing food, and rude yelling, it’s no wonder this place has so many low reviews already. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

After reading other reviews, I can see this isn’t just a one-off situation — this store clearly has a pattern of terrible service. Honestly, corporate needs to step in because it’s obvious the staff here don’t care about their customers or their own reputation.
Bottom line: save your time, your money, and your sanity. Go anywhere else, because this KFC will just leave you frustrated, hungry, and wondering how a business like this is still operating.

Horrible service. Under the influence. They were out of chicken ,literally every order I wanted to make. Instead ,he offered me hot wings for 7 year old . No thanks, He can take it home for his own kids. Very unprofessional and nasty.

The employees here are hiding in the kitchen and don’t want to work, how at 8:45 PM you don’t have any food left at all not on KFC side or Taco Bell side, but you answering the intercom as if you have food left saying KFC only, but then when you go to order they don’t want to make the food so they say that they don’t have anything left at all besides biscuits. Honestly after pulling around and seeing the manager who was cooking I no longer even wanted the food.
