The employees here are hiding in the kitchen and don’t want to work, how at 8:45 PM you don’t have any food left at all not on KFC side or Taco Bell side, but you answering the intercom as if you have food left saying KFC only, but then when you go to order they don’t want to make the food so they say that they don’t have anything left at all besides biscuits. Honestly after pulling around and seeing the manager who was cooking I no longer even wanted the food.

Customer service and food was terrible today. The manager who waited on us had a nasty attitude. Then one on the girls had the nerve to say KFC doesn't take 50 or 100 bills in north Philly. About a month ago they didn't have chicken breast or thighs. Today no thighs. Chicken looks like it has been sitting for a few hours. Horrible food and service.

Ordered the 3pc. Chicken Big Box. When I opened my Big Box I noticed my chicken looked like it old an has been sweating and has been sitting all day. When I went to eat my mash potato had a sour taste and smelled bad.

Terrible experience, I came for pick up my orders and I order 30mins ahead. There’s poster indicating the store closing at 11pm, and it is falsely showing closing at 12am, I came at 10:30and the employees close up the store already and when I try to talk to them, they ignore me and just leave the store in font of me and everyone here behind, very unresponsible employees no work ethics. Worst experience ever had, and it was a snowy day too, I drove 30mins here to pick up

Walked into one of the best looking KFCs in the city and had high hopes but as I interacted with the workers and had my meal it was more of a facade. First the people working the store were a bit rude on taking orders and getting orders ready for pickup and to be given to the customers. Happened on two different occasions for the same visit so it wasn't the best. Maybe this would mean they were more focused on the meal prep and honestly it was some of the best chicken sandwiches and fries that I've had from a KFC. Both were fresh, hot and tasty. Then I opened one of the new famous bowls and to my horror it was basically a soup with the new Nashville hot sauce. Spoonful of sauce with every bit of mash potatoes. Couldn't finish that. Otherwise a decent KFC if you're in the mood to get a meal from this establishment.

I had the worst experience at 5840 old York rd and Nedro This past Sunday January 12,2025 I (2) order of two pieces of chicken when I open both boxes the chicken wings were as small as a fifty cent coin, the skin was falling off the chicken very grease (OLD)and the taste was the worst.. I call corporate that same evening, I got a call back on. Wednesday by the manager TRINA who was so unprofessional on the phone asking me what was the problem, I explained and was told there would not be a refund but I can come back to receive another order, I was a little reluctant, I would rather had tred else where...So it got worse when I got there I ask for TRINA the employee at the counter ask what was my name....then went to the back I could here her say "TRINA some one name Al is here to see you " then laughter . The employee came back and said I would have to come back she's not here..So I ask her did she know that before she went back there? Being her nasty self she replied No.. another employee looked at me and nodded her head and mouth on the sly and said ,,,she's back there.... ONLY IN THE HOOD things like this happen. If corporate would only come and check on the trash they are serving the people and go under cover and see the LOW LIFE LIKE TRINA how they are represented their company..I was told not to go to this one..So I give you the same warning DON'T GO. AND TO CORPORATE CHECK IF TRINA IS THERE
