I literally just ordered here and I am missing 2 sandwiches, 4 sides and a 4 piece tenders 😳 wow I could understand 1 item but that’s ridiculous how you miss that much food picked up my order at 9 and store doesn’t close until 10 guess they didn’t wanna waste the last full hour making food wow this business needs some staff changing immediately

These people are terrible I ordered 2 fabulous bowls, anyone who is familiar knows it comes with mash corn gravy cheese and chicken they sent me fries cheese and chicken , if yall don’t have the items in stock pls have the dasher call the customer this is bullshit

Attended a Super Bowl party and I was tasked with bringing the fried chicken. Went to my local KFC in Philadelphia. I was able to get a customized order. The staff went out of their way to help. They were extremely competent and professional. Needless to say the chicken was a big hit and went fast. Kudos to KFC.

Went there to eat in and they had no utensils had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get two forks and in top of that they gave a bad attitude for asking. It's OK if they ran out of utensils but they could have told me when I told them the food was to eat in.
