Attended a Super Bowl party and I was tasked with bringing the fried chicken. Went to my local KFC in Philadelphia. I was able to get a customized order. The staff went out of their way to help. They were extremely competent and professional. Needless to say the chicken was a big hit and went fast. Kudos to KFC.

Visited Adam Ave location food was okay but the cashier looked me dead in the eye and said both bathrooms were out of order. A few minutes later a staff comes out and uses the bathroom. It is a public health violation not to have a working bathroom where customers are able to dine in. I had to sit and eat while needing to use the restroom very uncomfortable experience.

Made me 30 min for my order and on top of that it was incomplete. I called to notify but phone was busy the whole time I was calling and didn't go get the rest of the order as I was tired and had just got home at the time. Alway check the food before leaving.
