I had an awful experience here. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude and acted like they couldn’t care less about helping customers. To make matters worse, my food wasn’t even ready when I arrived, despite placing the order well in advance. No apology, no effort to make it right—just attitude. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This was one of those KFC's that I debated giving 3 or 4 stars. It hivers right along that edge. Staff was nice but seemed scattered. I was the only person in the restaurant but waited for about 10, maybe 15 mins before I ordered.
Ordered the 8 piece bucket with the sides. I wish KFC's or places that cook bone in chicken would let it cook a bit longer, beyond the "timer." The chicken was done but barely or it was rushed. The sides were good, KFC hardly messes those up imo.
The location is great and there is plenty of seating and parking.
Vegetarian options: They have the "beyond" chicken available.

After waiting and listening to attendant talking to fellow employee about personal matters,. customer ahead of me asked to be waited on.. He was told someone would get to him shortly. They're conversation continued.. We exited the store. Customers don't want to be ignored if they're spending money!!!!

The food was ok but it's best to order food before 12pm because after those times the chicken is not as fresh as it is before lunch time. It kind of taste like they refry it.
Customer service was ok they was very professional.
Atmosphere well I notice some times it can be very hot in thier and they have this fan blowing. Which helps some. But I wish they would fix thier cooling system. I also notice they don't clean the floors properly. Because I went there within two days and the same stuff was on the floor from the Monday and I went again on a friday.

what a disgusting store they never have anything, bad service and the workers smoke marijuana outside more than what they offer to the customer they never have anything because they prefer to be outside smoking marijuana than working
