poor customer service. employees have no patience with customers
The food wasn't so bad, most of it standard KFC fare, although the biscuits tasted more bland than others I have had at other KFCs. The service was horrible. I don't know if they are understaffed, unorganized, or simply incompetent, but it took forever to get food. Seriously, 15 so 20 minutes to get to the counter (and the line really wasn't all that long), and then another 15 minutes or so to get our food.
