The hours say they open at 1030am
No apology, nothing. I expect nothing better from this area

Came here at 12:15 in the afternoon on a Friday, to locked doors with the lights on and people in the lobby. Eventually an employee came over to tell me it'd be at least a 15 minute wait for chicken.
Dude it's like the only thing you make AT THE LUNCH RUSH. and this isn't the only time it's happened at this one.
Also pretty sure deadbolting the doors to a resteraunt with guests inside is a fire code violation

The drive thru lady is unprofessional. She acts as if she doesn’t want to be there, so she should just go home. She’s huffing and puffing while she’s taking my order and just being disrespectful. It only took me about 15 seconds to order but apparently that was too long.
