Worst service ever! I had an event so I used the mobile order for the 1st time so I wouldn't have to wait when I go in. When I go inside there was a couple infant of me who had just walked in as well. I stood in like for a good 5 minutes ( or longer) and no one greeted us or started their order. I finally got out of line and asked someone about my mobile order, they asked my name and said it wasn't ready. Finally a young man came and took the order of the couple ahead of me. When that young man was done he asked me if I'd been helped, I gave him my name and we went to the back and asked if my order was ready. A young lady responded in Spanish saying "she just got here it's not ready" I had been there for a good 20 minutes and I answered her in Spanish that I had not just got there and it was just that nobody bothers to ask who needs help. I informed her I was there so long that I saw one of the employees take care of her family that was eating inside the restaurant and they had even left already as I still waited. Fast forward, I finally get my food, only to come home and notice that THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME MY ENTIRE ORDER! I call the store to ask for a refund and the manager Rashad asked me to go back inwhich I didn't have time for since he refused to give me a refund. He said to go back anytime to get my food, now how am I supposed to know this man's schedule to know when to go back! Never again will I be going here, and took a lost for my money since he refused to give me my refund!

I ordered a family meal that was almost $25. It says it comes with 4 family sides. I got 4 small sizes maybe for one person . Not worth the $25 and it took almost an hour to get to my house. Which is partially DoorDash fault

Ordered online for pick-up. Online ordering was fast and easy, and good deals were available. I do wish there was an option to edit chicken sandwiches to exclude pickles and add or remove mayo. There is not. Arrived at the spacious parking lot with one designated pick-up spot. My order was ready and waiting behind the counter. The pickup shelf is no longer there. An associate kindly handed me my order. I was pleased to see all three drinks were there since previously my beverage had been forgotten. Arrived home to find zero of the six dipping sauces ordered were included. Zero of the three sets of paper plates/silverware I requested were included. One of the chicken sandwiches was pink on the inside/raw. See photo. One order of French fries was hard/overcooked. Enjoyed the flavor of the new seasonal Cranberry Sweet tea. Overall very disappointed with this purchase. I expect better from KFC, especially at their prices.

Probably one of the rudest staff members I have ever encountered in my life. The girl at the drive through was rude and should be fired and should not be in any type of hospitality industry including a KFC in the hood. If I could give this place zero star as I would, I simply left.
This restaurant appears to be one of the busier stores in the area as it is a combined Taco Bell and KFC unit. It appears to have been recently remodeled and looks great on the inside.
Service can be hit or miss at times at this location. It seems to have a fairly younger staff, so urgency for customers is not a priority in the evenings.
KFC side of operations is often good. Taco Bell, of course, does okay with simple orders, but they were unable to keep up with larger orders. I think that is the sacrifice when you combine two popular brands.

The service at this establishment was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered the 8 piece meal deal for my family and Myself. The bucket of chicken was supposed to be 2 legs 2 thighs 2 wings 2 breast what I got was 4 large chicken breast smh. Why would you fill the bucket with all breast when that’s not what I ordered. Then the chicken wasn’t fresh it was chicken that been out all day. Will never order from this location again. Highly DONT recommend!!
