This store is a real shame, the employees of this store do not deliver the orders to the app drivers, they have the orders on the table prepared but they prefer not to deliver the orders, I will send a statement to the food applications so they know About this, a white boy with glasses treated me badly and told me to cancel the order, all the orders were on the table, I think they want to feed their family with the food that people order on the applications, they are more than the 12 at night and they are playing with my work, I feel very helpless, I hope justice is done

I ordered 12 pieces of thigh and drumsticks, the ones that came is 10 pieces of 6 breasts, 2 thigh, 1 drumstick and 1 wing. And for the side, I ordered coleslaw, corn and mac and cheese. The one that came, coleslaw, mash potatoes and fries. No one in my family like breasts and mash. This is so messed

Where do I start the ENTIRE order was wrong. I ordered 4 pieces of original chicken and was given 2 of each. I ordered a pot pie and was given a bowl with mashed potatoes corn and gravy. I ordered Cole slaw and fries but was given 2 Mac N cheese. The biscuit was hard and the soda was HORRIBLE. I WANT MY MONEY

This location sucks. Order ahead and they ran out of chicken. Probably didn't want to make a new batch. Another time ordered ahead. Waited like 30 mins as they were cooking more. This is at around 9 pm. It's like they slack off hard on cooking at this time.

Don’t understand what happened to them. Won’t ever go back since I found much betta business elsewhere. But the few times I went: Not only was it taking orders in the drive thru only, but the workers seem to have an attitude as you wait. I haven’t been in a yr & a half but at this point with the service (tho the food is good) I don’t plan on goin back.
