The KFC on Cottman Ave in Philadelphia is not very good. We stopped for apple tiny pies. They don't have any only cherry and a minimum of 5 minute wait. I also ordered 3 piece tenders and changed fries to mash with 2 sauces. After waiting more then 5 minutes I went inside and waited a few more minutes till someone came to the counter. The gentleman had my food and stated he gave us extra pies for waiting. I thanked him and left. To be fair pies were good. I got home 10 minutes drive. No sauces and French fries cold chicken....mad. I had to drive back the woman made me stand there For quite a while then explain what happened, she stated she was sorry and said she gave me extra chicken. I got home it was 1 extra tender and a small mash. Chicken was tough sauce was ahhh. I have been eating KFC since I was little definitely over priced and so so..

Ordered ahead but took a while to get French fries because they cook them fresh!!! And they tasted delicious. Manager gave free biscuits, understanding the extended wait. Smart managerial prerogative. Willing to return: well worth the taste... Wendy's you've got a good competitor next door to you.

This location should be closed IMMEDIATELY. Ordered on the app, walked in and it smelled like absolute sewage. I tried to cancel my order but was informed I had to call a number for a refund. I was barely in there but I swear I can still smell the store.

The guy was very friendly but they had no sodas and no chicken. What exactly are you selling at that point ? Laughable experience to say the least. Ended up waiting about 15 mins and was able to get chicken tenders only. Friendly staff but poorly run.
