I went to this KFC thinking I could hit the drive thru and go to work. I changed my mind and went inside. Not the cleanest place, not the greatest of service and the wait for my order was crazy, but the food was KFC so I ate.

I make a mobile order for drive thru pick up about once a week. I have never had an issue. There is usually nobody in line. I went to do the same today. There was nobody inside the store or in the drive thru line. They refused to give me my order in the drive thru and insisted I come inside. They refused to give me a reason why. I told them I never have this issue and cannot come inside for medical reasons. They got extremely rude and refused to give me my order or a refund as posted on their store. I had to call the corporate number to receive a refund. As an ex-fast food employee of seven years, I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. I will likely return just to slow down their drive thru times, since they kept yelling at me to leave because I was screwing them up. Sometimes being a good person is more important than refusing to hand people food for absolutely no reason at all.

I'm DISGUSTED by what I saw last time I ordered from here. NOT ONE person that were preparing food we wearing gloves. From the person breading the chicken to the person making the sandwiches. The cashier went from taking my order to making my chicken sandwich . Didn't even wash his hands. After coming out of a pandemic like COVID this is alarming. I fear that its lax because it's in a underfunded neighborhood. Had this KFC been in the suburbs this certainly wouldn't have been allowed. The manager was right there as well and clearly didn't care. I warn anyone that decides to eat from here .

Man listen, them chicken tenders I got were ????? I got a 16 piece bucket of strips for myself and my kids. They rushed the biscuit, it was light skinned. Outside of that, the staff was friendly and I had no issues with my order.

Parking: They have a parking lot with free street parking along the sides.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that allows people with wheelchairs to enter

Joe Pesci was right about drive throughs. I didn’t realize until I got home that what I ordered was not in the bag. They knew it too but they don’t care. I welcome AI for all fast food restaurants because customer service is no longer a thing in any of them anymore.

Customer service was horrible, Cashier walked off for 10 minutes while I supposed to be waiting on Fries with my Order. The whole experience took 20 minutes.
