The staff is so rude and nasty it’s literally like you’re in a fever dream. I don’t know if they’re overworked and underpaid so that’s why they act like that but it’s beyond crazy to witness. Even if the customer is nice and polite they still use profanity as if they’re not on the clock. Throwing cups around. Telling people “oh well” when they have an issue with their order. It’s just really unfortunate that these employees deem it acceptable to be that mean just because it’s fast food. All I wanted is what I paid for. Nothing more, nothing less.

This store is beautifully renovated abd has the worst staff. The staff has an attitude and doesn't want to work there. Went from one woma. cashier who walked away to another woman who didnt even communicate she was going to take my order. The other male who handed us the food made a mistake then got into it with my friend. Will never go back there. Worst experience ever. If you work in customer service smile, be pleasant, greet, be nice. Simple stuff.

The one fella, who works the first shift, on a Sunday was very nice. Had good customer service skills, and just an overall knowledgeable employee. He made it easier to order exactly what I wanted for the cheaper price. I appreciated that.

I never leave reviews but this is crazy ordered food on the kfc app I go up to the window for my order they go we don’t got any of that mind you I ordered multiple things. Didn’t refund my money either wild.
