The KFC on Broad and Allegheny was extremely rude, loud and were not attentive to customers waiting to place their order. I placed three different orders and when I informed them that one order was wrong they caught an attitude and took their time to give me the proper items, they were so un professional a customer requested their money back after placing their order.
If they do not feel like working they shouldn't be in customer service.
