Worst kfc in da city. Decided to never return a few years ago, after I went there nd they didn’t have my food. Had been numerous times before it, usually sub par service. This time, after they went over a full year post covid and still didn’t open the lobby, I go up to the drive thru almost 15 minutes after I had placed my mobile order. A simple combo that takes one minute to assemble, they just kept telling me walk to the side and wait. After 5 min of waiting I go back to the window demanding the food. They simply closed the window again and pointed over to the side from behind it. SMD & if I catch anybody that work here they can still square up 👊🏽

Go at your own risk. Horrible service, the only KFC I know in the city that after a 30 minute wait, I tell you that they don't have the chicken you ordered. Eight people working, but the drive through close , one door in and out locked in there like Fort Knox. One line for pickup and ordering super crowded. Whoever is managing, that place has no idea of what they're doing.. Stay away far away.

I am a die-hard KFC fan. I love the food, and that is the only reason I keep coming back to this specific location, but my patience is wearing thin. The service here is, without a doubt, the worst I have ever experienced at any fast-food restaurant, let alone any KFC branch. It seems the drive-thru is perpetually closed. Every time I try to use it, I'm directed to go inside, which is a significant inconvenience. Once inside, the wait time is consistently unacceptable. The staff is painfully slow, lacking urgency and efficiency. It doesn’t matter if they are busy or not; getting my order always takes a really long time. The food is the familiar KFC I love, but the poor, inefficient service completely overshadows it. I genuinely hope management addresses these ongoing issues with staffing and operations, especially the drive-thru. Until then, visiting this location will remain a frustrating chore. If you love KFC food enough to endure bad service, this is your spot. Otherwise, I’d recommend finding another location.

Good evening Family. We visited after Yolanda's successful book signing at Hakim's Book store. Her book will be there for sale. I'm not big on fast food and didn't want to stop here but I was not driving and beggars cannot be choosers. I got potato wedges and chicken nuggets. Yolanda paid for my food and and would not let me pay. The lady employee gave us plenty of napkins. She knew the food is greasy. We left and the Weaver's took me home. Had a lovely day today. Networked and made new friends today. KFC has good food, I just don't patronize because it's fast food and junk food. Workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

I was skeptical of their service when it comes to ordering through delivery apps so my husband and I went to the restaurant, instead. However as soon as we got there we were met with a bunch of upset customers and terrible service. Some of the customers stated that they been waiting for nearly an hour for their food. My husband and I decided to leave and decided to instead order from another location.
