This should be ashamed of themselves.The coleslaw tasted like it has been in the fridge from 2022 and I asked for dark meat but they gave me breast. I asked for a mixed of spicy and original but I only original.

I just placed an ordered today. 12/06/2020 at 5:30 pm to my own neighborhood local KFC , The food was NASTY Old , hard and disgusting food. Chicken tenders were so hard and old The fries were disgusting hard You can tell they were old. Like they were made in the morning, I just can’t believe how poor the service is in today’s situation. Instead for trieving to make things better? KFC is throwing to the trash all your hard work during all these years. 5700 Baltimore Ave Philadelphia is disgusting and the food is horribly and sadly BAD. KFC it is NOT well represented by this location. I placed the order throughout UBER EATS Because I can’t drive because I have covid19 and I was anxiously and happy to eat a decent dinner but NO. It was the most unpleasant experience. I spent $45 dollars for the 3 orders of chicken tenders 2sides and soda. And ask of them were in the same condition statuses. What??? Are you serious? All of them in the same nasty situation? And I’m taking this very personal, Because it’s my hard working money and. You guys as company ITS not projecting none of any respect as your customer. I called them to place the same report. But they put me on hold , like they don’t give a damn of what I have to say. They know what they are doing .. a horrible job. I want all of my money back. Taxes and fees included.

57 th street KFC. Their customer service today was terrible. The cashier showed no professionalism. He communicated like we were homes from a corner. I asked to speak to the supervisor concerning and issue. The supervisor was talking to me with gauze or a napkin in his mouth. His breathe was horrible. He was also filling orders, dropped food on the floor, picked it up, pit it on the counter, and proceeded to complete the order. He never washed his hands. That's why I don't like tge drive through. Smh

I entered the store at 1808 hrs and placed my order at 1811 hrs (Ticket #3710). There was a Hispanic couple that arrived after me. After waiting for numerous online orders to be filled they were able to place their order. They wanted the same 8 piece meal that I had ordered but due to the failure to communicate on both ends they only ordered chicken only, no sides. After they placed their order I overheard the couple talking, the wife showing the husband something on her phone and explaining just that. The husband was noticeably frustrated. The couple received their (wrong) order at about 1830 hrs. When I inquired as to how the couple was able to get their order before mine, the reply was "Your's is right here". After another 6 minutes I received my order, departing the store at 1836 hrs.The counter area included a thick (probably bullet proof/resistant) facade of acrylic protecting the workers, making communicating with the cashier difficult as you had to bend down and speak through the opening used to shoot your order to you because the microphone didn't work. Not good if you're attempting to order from the menu board while reading from it.The cashier handled food and $$$$ without using gloves or practicing any hand sanitizing procedure, at times exposing orders to visually inspect (I guess) prior to sending out any orders.Head/hair coverings behind the counter I cannot speak on, masks on food workers, I didn't notice any.

THIS TIME, the Chicken Pot Pies I purchased were fresh and perfectly cooked!The only con is that the price of the Pot Pies went up by at least $1.00! Well, we all know KFC is sky-high and rarely give out coupons! (The current economy sucks, too, because very few people are getting paid more, but the cost of everything -- "from soup to nuts" -- is so expensive ??!)

Absolutely horrible. Should have checked my order. Tenders were small and dried out. Asked for a bag guy said no, it's for delivery. Asked him for another bag and said no. My bag ripped and had to carry two meals and drinks on the trolley.
