The Manager KEISHA is the most miserable person on this planet I went through drive through for 2 dorito tacos SUPREME and nacho fries I park up to eat I had 15 fries and no supreme so I go inside and one of the guys ask me what’s wrong I explain and here go Mrs.Misery KEISHA with INSTANT attitude I’m not the 1,2, or the 3! So after we go back and forth cause the way she was talking I should of put hands on her but I’m smarter than that I ask for a refund they said they don’t do refunds guess what I’m not leaving until I get my money and I did just that she NEEDS TO GOOOO and I come on here to check the reviews and I’m not even surprised she supposed to be the face of that place and it’s sad she miserable ANNNND IT WAS DISGUSTINGLY ATROCIOUS I REALLY DIDNT WANT STORE CREDIT BECAUSE OF THE FILTH AND GUESS WHAT ELSE AS I WAS WALKING OUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD ASKED ME WHAT WAS HER NAME GUESS WHY SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE REPORTING HER TOOOO 🤦🏽‍♀️ some people have bad days but apparently she always having a bad day according to these reviews

Lazy. Ordered 7 items on uber eats. No sauces for any of the orders (the app makes sure you pick sauces). Also missing one full item. Got partial money back from uber eats and put in a new order to get the missing or wrong items. The 2nd order came in with wrong sauces. Clearly they don’t try too hard at this location, messed up back to back orders. Just careless.

Whenever I order from this location, I am quickly reminded why I stopped. Lack of communication, no good customer service, or efficiency from staff; except for one night manager who appeared to do it all (register, packing orders, cooking, etc.) and one staff member who did the same (serving, cleaning, organizing, etc.) - out of a team of people. This time when I ordered, my kids discovered the biscuits we ordered had green mold on them! This is it for us EVER ordering from this 5th Street location.

If I could give this KFC a zero I would do that. The staff here is very unprofessional. The service was nonexistent and this building should be shut down. We sat in line for 15 minutes only to be told that there’s a lot of people in the store, mammy. Whoever owns this KFC needs to reevaluate their staff because they’re doing you no favors. I stood there and watched four other groups of people walk out of the restaurant because no one behind the counter would address us or speak to us even when we called out and asked for help.

I am one that normally won't complain about something if it's a little bit off normal standard but not my whole meal cold, taste old like its been just sitting my chicken strips are stiff as hell like this is really nasty the only thing that was good was my mac and cheese I just spent over 40 dollars in there hope everyone else food that was with me is ok ...never again I promise. ..
