The employees was very loud and disrespectful.
The conversation they was having was very inappropriate.
The Employees wasn’t professional at all.
They lack good customer service skills.
They all need to be fired or receive inservice on how to carry they self when work with customer. They need tips on hygiene and keeping them self put together.
This kfc was a zero out of 10 for me.
Corporate needs to be called.
Do better you never know what type of customer you’re dealing with or what they may have going on. So learn how to have patience and skills next time.

The manager is beyond rude. The cleanliness of this establishment is nasty. High chair is sticky and the bathroom is nasty. I've been here before but this time was just a horrible experience.

I ordered online and when we arrived the order was delayed because someone before us ordered 200 pieces of chicken which they were not equipped to handle such a large order so there was a lot of chaos and confusion with delivery orders, mobile orders. They also closed the drive thru. I did let KFC know and they gave me 500 pts on my rewards but I don’t have the patience to wait that long ever again. They also didn’t have a new item that was on the menu and substituted with Mac n cheese. I’m diabetic and have to watch my carb intake. If I would have eaten it, I could’ve had a sugar spike in my levels. Shaking my head KFC!

Extremely unprofessional staff — everyone works so slow. I'm a DoorDasher, and the food still not ready when I got there. I end up waiting for 25 minutes or more. This place needs new management or serious improvements. At this rate, they might as well shut it down.

I live directly behind this place for 15 years. I haven’t ate there in 13. My son actually worked there for years still didn’t eat there. I don’t know what happened to the quality but they need to bring it back. Smells right if they would just care it would make that much difference

This place needs to shut down. How you don’t have a 4 piece wing meal. When I asked the little rude cashier can I get the 4piece combo with wings she told me straight up no. Absolutely no customer service. I didn’t want to even waste my time asking for the manager cause I would have went off on them. All KFC has a wing meal and combo. Whomever own this store please retrain no wonder it’s empty cause you all don’t accommodate your customers and no wonder your hiring cause you can’t train on customer service. Horrible place

Literally the worst experience. When do chicken tenders take 30 minutes to prepare? The Staff were unprofessional and lazy. No one greeted me for the first five minutes I was there by myself, no other customers. No one was at the front to even care. No apologies for wait time, laziness, or any other shortcomings of their customer service. Idk how they even have a job. Who hires these people?

This will be the last time that I patronize this Kentucky Fried chicken this crew at the drive-through is so unprofessional, so rude, so so so unqualified to be working there. There has not been a time that I have not been spoken to rudely, with the stain And with very very poor attitude. I don’t believe that I am the only one who has experienced this. What I do know is that I will no longer give this establishment my money. When I put my order in., I am always asked to repeat and repeat and repeat so I’m thinking they don’t hear me so I speak a little louder then I can told miss you. Don’t have to holler. I said well I’m thinking that you’re not hearing me because you keep asking me to repeat the same thing. I asked for a fork and told we always put a fork in the bag and so I say there’s a reason that I’m asking is because numerous times I have not received a fork. Abruptly, I am told to drive up. I get to the window and I pay with my card and I asked for a receipt and I’m told with attitude it hasn’t printed yet then I check my bag before I begin to pull off, but the window is abruptly open and asked if they a problem I don’t have a fork. I have a spoon I said may I have a fork please it’s in the bag. It is not in the bag. That’s why I’m asking for a fork. We don’t have any forks and another spoon is the best at me. I’m done never again. This latest encounter occurred at 5:59 PM Friday, December 27, 2024.
