Very unprofessional and unorganized. Came here for the hot honey tenders and the honey bbq tenders. The gentlemen taking my order was kind but he asked me to back up from the window and then completely forgot about me and my order. He then proceeded to hand me the wrong order and had to correct it. Then proceeded to hand me the wrong order AGAIN! Then the manager came over to inform me that they are out of the hot honey sauce which defeated my whole purpose for the visit and they have signage posted that they DO NOT issue refunds. I will never return to this location again.

All of the staff was extra courteous there was a new counterperson and he was absolutely customer friendly when he asked for help from another coworker and they all help and work together I seen a tremendous amount of teamwork and the manager was so personable with her staff it was it was a nice KFC experience that I have ever experienced I left their smiling Yes and the food was great, however, I don't blame the staff but the very very small drumsticks were a disappointment for a the $21 I paid for the chicken.

U need to order 3 weeks ahead to get your food
I did wait more than an hour even i did order online so it should be ready on time but they start working on it when i asked the cashier about my order and i did wait for an hour to get 2 sandwich nd 3 tenders

Now I understand why that business has a bad reputation and few stars; the service is not at all pleasant, people treat you as if you were going to cause trouble when you only came to buy something. And they dare to put above the door (THANKS DON'T BE A STRANGER), what irony if they are the ones who They treat them worse than a foreigner, and even worse because Uber drivers are treated as if they were going to rob them. (There was an Uber driver who only asked if the order was ready because he was there like for almost 10 minutes but she answered I don't know, and stop asking because I already told you it's not ready. If you don't want to wait, you can leave. (Wow, is this how they respond to people? They deserve those 3 stars.)

you will wait at the register for ten minutes before you even speak to a cashier, then you will wait a half hour in the store for the food you ordered a half hour ago at home and when you get home your order will be missing items.
OMG! You just HAVE To get to the KFC at 61st Lancaster Ave store for their 8 piece special, Drums and Thighs on Tuesdays!! It's so good and convenient! I bought 16 pieces for my sister's birthday in Atlantic City and that was definitely a highlight!! What a great neighborhood discovery,and thanks to the hard working staff there!!

There are not enough people to cater to the communities needs. Unable to use drive through because there was only 2 people in the restaurant working and when I came In the store there was already a line.and folks were complaining. This is not fair to your employees
