Delicious ice cream, recommend the waffle bowl as it made the price somewhat worth it. Staff were very nice to us, quick service and made it easy. It did feel very expensive over local places with more unique flavors though, but it's in a good location.

Unfortunately, I came here hoping to avoid what inevitably happened which was the two chocolate caramel apples I bought were both soft and bad on inside. One had a large internal bruise and both were un edible

I stopped at Kilwins today for some ice cream. I was greeted by Lori who provided me with outstanding customer service. Lori let me sample a few ice cream flavors I haven’t tried before. My choices were toasted coconut, chocolate chip cappuccino and apple pie I think those are my all time favorites at kilwins!!! I really enjoyed my visit at kilwins and will be back soon! I would definitely recommend stopping by at this location there are so many different options ice creams, ice cream cakes , chocolates and many other things.

Whenever I see a Kilwin's, I stop in and buy their fudge. It's the best fudge I've had anywhere in 4 states.I highly recommend their Penuche fudge but also their plain old Chocolate and Vanilla when they have it. Their fudge has that little crust around it that good fudge has, omg! I've also tried their salted chocolate caramel and the vanilla pecan caramel, which are also very good, but I prefer the more simple flavors. If you can make plain old chocolate and vanilla taste that good, with a great texture, you have my vote!I have not tried their ice cream yet but it's on the To-Do list.Also, I see a 1 star review solely because they think it's a corporate chain. That is inaccurate and unfair. It's a franchise, and many confections like their fudge are made on-site.
