Kim's is my go tot Hole in the Wall Seafood spot for years...especially the fried whiting sandwich. Tight and chaotic but you expect that but they do their best to keep orders coming in and going out in good spirits.
The lady who takes orders is always a sweetheart... Won't take a tip and will give you a free beverage at times but them wings are so darn good! Fried hard spk! We (phillyfolk) like our wings hard ? I gave atmosphere 3 star bcz it's outside waiting ??♂️
