First I would say the delivery time was the only good experience I’ve had here. I ordered 10 pc wings plain with garlic Parmesan on the side also a side of sweet chili. I don’t eat buffalo wings and nowhere on their menu does it state everything is buffalo base also it tastes like noting but butter the sweet chilli taste like duck sauce. I was unaware so when I called the store the guy who answered was rude and told me well you don’t like our food don’t order again which I wasn’t going to but I just spent $50 I told him I wanted a refund he can come pick the food up because I wasn’t going to eat it it’s not enjoyable and it’s nothing but butter they said no I’m not giving you a refund I also told him if I would have known about the buffalo base I wouldn’t have ordered it because that’s not what I think of when I say garlic Parmesan and again I don’t eat buffalo sauce. I also ordered lemon pepper wings and they were the same butter buffalo base with pepper. I don’t recommend this place and their customer service is horrible not informative if you like butter wings this is the place for you.

Let's get into talking about this food. The reason I gave 3 stars ? is due to the response I received from the person taking my order. My 1st visit here, I walked in had to wait a while before the staff member came to take my order at the counter. I glanced over the menu and saw they had rotisserie chicken, I was definitely excited to see that. So I asked the guy taking my order, where do they rotisserie (?) the chicken at, because all I see is deep fryers and grills? His response was I don't know, my friend brings them to me ??. (Wayment) just to make sure I heard that response correctly, I repeated what was said, I said so tou don't know where the rotisserie chicken comes from, because your friend just brings them and you sell it? He said yes. Welp, that was the end of my curiosity for the rotisserie chicken. I'm like bro, for all I know you over charging me for chicken you probably got from BJ's and cut it into halves ??.
Okay so I ordered the 10 piece buffalo wings with mild sauce, just to keep it simple. He said about 10 minutes, I replied okay ??. As I waited, I observed the establishment, I will admit that the place is clean ????. We all care about that!! The employee wasn't rude or anything, I just expect you to already know where you getting out sourced chicken from ???♂️. I would've still probably tried it ??♂️. About 10 minutes passed and my order was ready. I got home, and boy oh boy those wings were good. The wings were not over cooked (hard) nor were they under cooked. The mild sauce had a settle little heat to it, ad a mild sauce should have. My picture shows 8, oh and a lot of sauce leaked out so carry the container upright. I immediately began eating the next wing after I tasted the 1st one. I started to get 15 wings, but I instead only got 10 just to try them out. Next time I'll get the 20 piece ?, I love to eat!! All in all, at least try the wings; I think you'll be satisfied. Now I can only speak to one flavor and that's mild. Oh and they won't let you do a half and half ??♂️??♂️.
I love this spot for wings. I normally order in person, this time I used Uber eats. I ordered 2 orders of buffalo style wings ( honey BBQ) I RATED three stars because of two crucial factors. One, I ordered sauce on the side for my wife and that was ignored so my wife was disappointed. Two, I ordered cheesy curly fries. The fries were swimming in sauce and the fries were limp, soggy like over cooked pasta. The wings I ordered for myself were spot on. I will continue to order but will call in advance for future orders to avoid disappointment.

The chicken had dark spots all over it. The guy brought it from upstairs. It was frozen solid. I still didn't watching prepare the entire chicken. I don't think he had gloves on Oracle in his hands and to me. That is a major major no. No. I was just baffled by this behavior. People run no. Don't go And to this place unless you want poor service.

Terrible experience with my order: The fried chicken lacked flavor or at least salt since it doesn't taste like anything. I ordered fries and they gave me some fries that have no shape or taste of anything, very large and tasteless. I hope they can improve.
