Molly at the Rittenhouse Square location is amazing! She gave a great suggestion. Placed my order for two, got home and realized I only had one bagel. Came back an hour later, Molly remembered me and my order. Told her I loved her for that. She said, " It's Kismet!".

GF PEOPLE: Please make sure they prepare your order correctly… I bought a GF “The Fish” today at this location, only to find out it was not actually GF a couple hours later ?I took this photo thinking “this bagel is so good, I’m gonna do a nice review later” - until I was warned by my own body something was wrong. Scared of buying here again.

The bagels here are amazing. That sea salt rosemary bagel is next level! This used to be my go-to bagel spot when I lived in the city but I just recently moved to the suburbs so I'm so happy they have a new spot near me now. :)

The bagels are extremely delicious and fresh but the breakfast sandwich price is so expensive. Almost $12 for a sausage egg and cheese is crazy and it was so incredibly greasy!

Went there on our last day of Philly stay. And let me tell you!! It was the best bagel I have ever had. I had the spicy one with vegan egg, no bacon, and zhug on the side. Yummy! Wish they had one in Brooklyn ;((

Was in Philly for a few days and went to Kismet both days because the bagel sandwiches were so good. Got The Fish and The Bird both fantastic. Bagels are full of flavor and great texture. Make sure you get some shug with your bagel too. Oh and the staff is so friendly and warm! Definitely gonna make it a regular spot when I’m in town.

Although there are many places to eat bagels, I had to go to this small restaurant. My friends often recommended this place to me, and I knew they wouldn't do it unless they knew what they were talking about. The bagels I had was just gorgeous. It melted in my mouth literally. It was also really satisfying to eat, without a lot of condiments... Just fresh, simple, and tasty. I would absolutely recommend this store to everyone.

I would not support the management here!!! They do not treat their employees with respect or fair treatment!

Really salty food, the breakfast sandwich barely had anything in the middle. Also didn't trust the milk/creamers area Or coffee. You're better off somewhere else.

Fantastic bagels and service! I recommend trying one of their specialty options. The zhug was delicious.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel via Google via Toast. Google said the pickup time was 25 mins.As it was mid-day, I showed up in 15 minutes and the order was ready. The bagel sandwich was lukewarm to cold. If I had shown up in 25 minutes, it would’ve been completely cold.Google shows the tracking of the order, so if somebody would’ve checked complete, I could’ve arrived quicker and it would’ve been hot.The bagel itself was nice, although a bit firm. There was plenty of egg and bacon on the bagel.Overall a decent sandwich, but I wish the bagel was softer.

the Fish bagel with Dill is absolutely delicious. Online ordering makes pickup incredibly easy (the system will warn you it could take 20-25 minutes for pickup, but its really closer to 5 minutes in my experience). A favorite treat on my way to the office from the Patco station. I order as I get off the train, and its ready when I walk over to the shop.
