The service was amazing! The waitresses was super friendly and very patient with me. The cost of the food was reasonable and the portions were really good. would definitely stop by again;)

This place has gone all the way down. Everytime I try again it's worse. The restaurant is dirty, the waitresses look dirty like they climbed out the bed and put on clothes off the floor and the food is nasty. I just threw away a sandwich and grits. This place used to be excellent but the past 5-7 years .. I'm done. I wonder if it's under new management. All the good waitresses are got. It doesn't even smell like food cooking. Also they used to be packed. Now it's empty.

So I’ve been coming here for years like 10 years and they had pretty good food but the service has gone down. they got new girls there I was just on the phone letting the owner know that my order has been wrong twice in a row already and he just answered with “OK is that all” yeah, I will not be returning!

The food at Kitchen B & L was really good, great flavor and quality. It was also super convenient that they deliver. I’m giving 4 stars only because it took about an hour for the food to arrive, and it was only slightly warm by then. My only suggestion would be to either give a heads up or change the drink packaging. My iced tea came in a cup with a smoothie style lid, and since this was my first time ordering, I didn’t expect that and ended up spilling some. Still, overall a solid spot and I’d definitely order again!

Ordered a beef bacon, egg, and cheese that comes with scrambled eggs, yet I was charged extra for the eggs and the beef bacon. It only came with one strip of bacon, split between the two halves. When I asked the cashier why, she was rude and had no answer even dismissed me when I asked how else the eggs would be cooked. Overpriced, stingy, and terrible customer service. Never again.
Bought 3 orders of French toast and they gave me 1 thing of syrup. Even assuming that 1 was for all 9 pieces of French toast, that’s a very small amount. These orders were going to 3 different places. They should never assume it’s for 1 person. Also the egg content was little to nonexistent. Overall not bad but disappointing.

This place is got the rudest employees and they mess up your order and get nasty with you to correct it. It's not clean inside and floors look nasty and I asked for two extra condiments and the manager yelled at the waitress for giving it to me and then took them out of my bag. I will not be returning dept of health needs to shut it down.

I waited at the table 20 minutes before I got waited on. They seemed to be more focused on getting to-go orders out the door. FINALLY 30 minutes later they come to me with the wrong food order. Mind you, the waitresses looked as if they just rolled out of bed. One had a hair bonnet on and the other one had bedroom slippers on. ONE THING FOR CERTAIN , TWO THINGS FOR SURE. YOU CAN'T MELT AND POUR ME INTO THAT ESTABLISHMENT EVVVVVA AGAIN!!!!!!! No one paid me any attention, until I walked out of the door.
