One of those quick garb n go places. My portobello panini was good. I ate around the corner on a bench away from the crowds.

This place is genuinely really bad. I don’t complain or leave bad reviews but this is the only way I’m able to contact. The first time I ate here there was a huge bug in my salad. Tried to call, no answer. The tried to email, got an error that said “email inactive” so this is what I have resorted to. The salad that I did eat before I saw the bug was bland and not good.
Second time I went I said ok I won’t eat a salad I’ll get a panini. i get the sandwich chicken Italiano and it looks like it was literally just a old piece of chicken tender on a roll. No spinach barely any cheese, 15 bucks. Coffee was ok not worth 6 dollars. I’ll never come back here and honestly none of my co workers will either 🤢

Authentic Italian pizza, panini, salads, and coffee. A real gem in Philadelphia for real Italian fast casual.

It felt like a five-star experience without the five-star price.

It is absolutely criminal how much this place has gone downhill the past few years. The service is abysmal and the food quality is terrible. $14 for a pannini that's smashed down into a press so much that it's completely black and burnt but still ice cold in the middle. Hardly any chicken, barely any sauce. You will get better food at a more reasonable price at the hospital cafeteria-and that says all you need to know.
Beware. They make lattes using brewed coffee to save time (and maybe cost)
Easy ordering , food great, quick turnaround.

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. $12 for a Caprese where the bread was insanely dense and chewy. The filling hardly had cheese and tomato and was missing the basil. And everything is pre-made so u can’t change anything about what u get. Absolute robbery for quality of food you get. DO NOT waste your money here.

Counter 1 staff needs to smile..it's free. Mediocre food that's overpriced!! People are stressed enough visiting sick loved ones & deserve better treatment. I use a walker & asked the girl for assistance. She said in a minute ill tell my boss. The boss never assisted. 10 mins later another customer saw me struggling & offered assistance. Thank goodness for good Samaritans bc I would've fallen. Smh horrible situation. Why operate out of a hospital if you can't provide handicapped assistance? Please properly train your staff to help my fellow friends!! God Bless

bought a paini caprese for $11.35 and they gave me bread that I didn't order that was old with old vegetables from the day before with only one cheese and two tomatoes, it's disrespectful.

The service is bad. To be pricey on the food. My food was cold and did not look good. The manager or the workers had bad attitudes. It is not the place it is the people who work there. To see a person who is supposed to server you throw food on the counter . Is not good.

Had a glass of iced tea from the kiosk on the first floor. One sip and threw it in the trash. Terrible taste. Over $3.50 for a small cup. Never again!

Good drip coffee and cinnamon rolls. Employees are fairly friendly. It's an oasis in the otherwise gloomy environment of a hospital.

Poor excuse for a caprese panini. Their menu says it comes with basil and balsamic, neither of which are present, and instead there’s a handful of arugula. Their pasta fagioli is listed as vegetarian, but clearly has chunks of bacon in it. The pizza is tolerable
