Restaurant is permanently closed. Got to the restaurant for a reservation without knowing this. Status needs to be updated.
Well I've been wanting to try this restaurant for months. I finally have a free day, I book reservation. Just to pull up to the establishment to see a HAND WRITTEN note of them being closed. And CLOSED since December. Talk about disappointment written all over my face.
FYI this restaurant is closed down! Please stop accepting reservations and wasting peoples time!
It was closed the date of our reservation on Valentine's Day & I was not notified or anything
We wouldn't know how it was because despite the reservation AND a confirmation about the reservation, when we got to the restaurant it was shuttered closed. A complete debacle
It was okay. They were out of veggie burgers so settled on jalapeno poppers which were delicious. The fries came out ice cold but everything else was very hot. The cake shake was very good. The piece of cake on top of the shake was frozen but I'm sure that just makes it easier to place on top of the shake. It thawed enough to take a bite within 10-15 minutes. Service was fast.
Me & my husband had a reservation nobody acknowledged us when we came in so we sat at the bar where there was a homeless guy with a blanket on just sitting at a table that could've been used for a couple then we sat at the bar they gave us a menu and never came back so we left
During my take out experience, the keep in mind the waitress never wrote down the our order; It took extremely long to get the order in which the place was not busy. When we finally received our food it was missing items. She (waitress)went back to the register rang me up for the additional items which were presented as if it was initially included with the mea during the first conversation. Our food started to get cold, I said forget the additional items and left. Once I opened the bag in the car I could tell it was NOT what we ordered at all! We ordered double patty it was only a single. The Burgers such as, the California burger etc was not in the bag. It was a waste of time.
The burger and my chicken club were so reasonably priced, I also had a cocktail and the bill was barely $40. My chicken portion was very generous, hanging way outside the bun. We had kids with us and they have highchairs available. They threw their dinner all over the floor but the waitress was very gracious about it. Despite it being Saturday night it was still appropriate for little kids. Can't wait to return without the kids next time, lol!
Cons: Walked in and floors were sticky. Only bar seating which was fine but no hooks to hang purse or jacket. It took a long time to receive food. Burgers and sides were very small compared to online and social media photos especially for the price point. Pros: Seasoning on French fries and margaritas were good.

Great food! Great service! The smash burgers were delish and the Brussels sprouts were out of this world!
Waitress was nice, family friendly place but some of the food was way too salty. Had the kook burger & truffle fries, both was good. Also tried the lemon pepper wings & garlic parm wings both was way too salty. Me & my date couldn't finish it due to the salt level.
When we arrived we were seated promptly, however after about 15 minutes we still had not been approached even about drinks, so we decided to move to the bar. They were moderately busy, a couple of tables that had at least 6 people, and there appeared to be 3 servers. We ordered, and were delighted to find out it was actually still happy hour, which they have some fantastic happy hour options, drink and food. We ordered meals off of the regular menu, burgers, fries, and tots, and they were all delicious. The food came out fresh and hot. The bartenders were great, prompt service, and made sure we were taken care of. I think we may have just arrived at a weird time, maybe right after the large groups, and so they just had a hard time getting to us. I noticed some people came in about 10 minutes after we moved to the bar, and they seemed to get service pretty quickly. We will go back!
I had an amazing time for my first time being there for happy hour! Claudio, the bartender, was amazing and gave great drink recommendations ... The food was good, no complaints! The other patrons at the bar also came with great energy! Good times, positive vibes! I will definitely stop by again ...
They weren't quite ready for our large group of 9 when we arrived but we were accommodated within a short period. The 2nd floor is much more spacious and fun compared to the main floor. The grilled chicken Kook Club was so delicious! Seasoned to perfection. Fresh avocado, lettuce, and a thick slice of tomato. Mmmmm.
