Fernando was the best! Happy hour deals were very affordable! Atmosphere was ver laid back, but nice! Burger is a bang for your buck! Great bread!
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of children here, expensive milkshakes but the kids love them!!!

Fernando took great care of us on our impromptu lunch date! I had the hot chicken sandwich which was 10/10, and our shakes and kooky fries were also delicious

We enjoyed everything so much we neglected to take any pictures. We stopped in as a last minute impulse decision and were pleasantly surprised to discover some of the most solid burgers and tastiest fries we’ve ever had in Philly. Everything was perfectly hot and salty and satisfying? And our server Fernando was an absolute delight who double checked about allergies for us and kept our drinks freshly filled.
We willl definitely be back!

Fernando C. Was a whole vibe!!!! They were so inviting, attentive and made sure I could eat safely, which is so appreciated as a person with complicated food allergies! Never tried this place before and now I can’t wait to come back!

Overall good experience at Kook Burger & Bar! Service was great, drinks and appetizers were yummy. Mainly came to try the burgers, and they were tasty but wayyy overpriced.

Really good burgers + fries and a very impressive happy hour menu! Shout out to our server Fernando for pointing this out when we didn't realize we'd made it in time for happy hour. Great service as well!
