finally was able to make it here. I got the 3 part combo. birria tacos, fries or chips and 3 any flavor wings. the fries were very good, crispy and flavorful. the wing flavor was good but I wish the wings were cooked a little longer to hold the crispiness once tossed. the birria tacos were amazing omgee! I loved how crispy the shells were. not falling apart, but also not breaking my teeth. the meat was juicy. the onion and cilantro were fresh. the lime was a little dried out but I got enough juice out. the consomme was sooooo freaking good. I'm assuming the sweetness was the Korean flare. but that was my favorite part. like a chili oil flavor without the heat. I wish it was thicker so I can eat it like soup. ? the watermelon drink was sold out by the time our food was ready but guava Jarritos will always save the day. overall a great meal. want to try the nachos or bulgogi cheesesteak next time.

Different Cheesesteak #1177. I got the Bulgogi Salsa Macha cheesesteak. I had high hopes for this cheesesteak. If you follow me you know how that usually goes. Not well. I liked the individual parts. Very good roll. The meat had some moisture and flavor. The sauce in the little tub had a just enough kick. I don’t like my cheesesteak in layers (i like everything mixed together) and the cheese was not melted. I did like eating it in front of Keith Haring Garden.

The food here is absolutely mind blowing. Every dish bursts with incredible flavors, and the consistency is spot on. Each bite leaves you craving more, making it clear that a lot of thought and care went into the preparation.

I had the birria tacos delivered for lunch and thought they were pretty good! Good amount of meat and tasty. Since this is fusion, it won't taste exactly like other birria tacos. I will admit probably not the best packaging for delivery if they want stuff to stay crispy but I put it in my air fryer for a few minutes.
Ricooo!!! The best birria ??

Had this for dinner and I was blown away. I haven’t had a good taco in a while and this will now be my go to. Their Korean Beef Birria tacos are amazing. Will be going back to have a dine in experience.

Ordered while the food truck was at Wissahickon Brewing Company. The tacos were pretty watery and the sauces were so heavy on the mayo flavor. Just missed the mark in my opinion. The staff was super friendly

Unfortunately everything was very soggy, wouldn’t recommend the wings or fries. The tacos were the best part.

The food (bulgogi birria tacos with salsa Verde and a side of churros) was fresh, well portioned, incredible tasting, perfect in texture, and drippy in the right way. The churros have a caramel sauce I can't wait to try but I downed all 3 tacos. Thank you!!
