Just went here the other day and while it was a bit crowded (it was a Friday) I had a wonderful time! Great service and great food. Definetly want to come here again!

I usually come here alone because I like the process of cooking and the assortment. the food is always fresh and I have never had bad service. the staff is always attentive, they will change your grill in time and are always ready to help. I like this place. their range of sauces is also excellent and I can always make a mix of what I like

Loved it! This was our first hotpot experience, food was great and our server was awesome and attentive! Can't wait to come back to try the Korean BBQ! All the food was great but the popcorn chicken and gyoza were ? our favorites!

Had to have possibly the worst server I've had going out to eat. Asked if we were new, which we were and rolled his eyes. I'm asking him questions for my family and he is very short and not friendly at all. Consistently rolling his eyes and plain just not helpful. Food was good and fresh. After I looked up how to properly kpot on my phone it was better.

Parking: There will always be a spot bc it is across the street from Dave & Busters. But its immediate parking lot was pretty full at 5pm. When we left around 7 it was jam packed.

Our waiter went missing and took at least 15 mins to get us our waters and I had to ask a random employee to turn on the burner for our table in the meantime when we didn't see him for so long. He barely checked in on us, so we were constantly looking around, waiting for him to come back into eye sight.Meanwhile, the 4 or so tables run by the server across from us were being checked on much more consistently, and it looked like they had a much better waiter.Food wasn't great that night. Rice was overcooked and mushy, meat wasn't very seasoned. The spicy meats have no depth of flavor.I admit that it was a very busy night, but the fact that our server was so much worse than the other server in the area is horrible. I'm 0/2 with visits to Kpot. Will not be returning. Top Pot is way more consistent in taste and service

Food is delicious, plenty of options, great sauces. I think tables with large/medium sized parties should have more than one hot plate, though. Also, the staff don't all do a good job explaining the concept. They need more practice with that.
