The burgers are made perfectly. The grilled taste of the burgers is what I expect. I enjoy having tater tots instead of fries but that is just my preference. Tater tot and/or fries complement the burgers every time. I'm very happy that Heinz ketchup packets are available. KQ serves quality food and use Heinz which is quality too.

I have only recently tried KQ Burger. I have other favorites in Franklin's Table, so I tend to stick with them, but I need to give KQ props on their fries. Each batch is fresh fried, so don't expect fast food service like a McDonald's or BK. They have a secret blend of seasoning, that reminds me of sour cream and onion potato chips. My coworker introduced me to their fries. Typically with a large or a small order, you get a good amount. On occasion, the person working does give you less. My coworker and I gladly split the small or large, just because it's too many fries for on person. I should prob finished a small myself, but would hate myself after. Right now, I cannot speak to the other items on the menu, but can recommend the fries, if you like a sour cream and onion flavoring. I don't even ask for ketchup, because these are so good themselves. I will only give four stars, until I try more menu items. I don't want to mislead anyone, otherwise. A large is $5 and a small (regular) is $3

OMG, KQ Burger was definitely impressive. The menu is great and the atmosphere is perfect. Every single menu item that we purchased was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Service was awesome and every one working here was very nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend KQ Burger to others and will definitely come back in the future.

Over the year that I regularly visited the burgers were always of high quality. Surprisingly I also rarely had problems with orders. I find the touch screen ordering very intuitive. I highly recommend the spicy pepper burger and their fries!I hope you reopen soon!
