Great local spot. My husband and I used to come here when we lived in Philadelphia. Came back for a visit after being gone 10 years. Elaine gave us updates on friends and neighbors from our old street. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the neighborhood’s history. You can get a quality lager for $4. Cash only.

Great local spot. Bartender was super friendly, could tell we hadn't been before so introduced us and taught us about the history of the bar (3rd generation woman owned!). Affordable drinks, cash only. Will be back!

Great neighborhood bar in that kinda long narrow space that is typical of Philadelphia. Watched Wheel of Fortune & Jeopardy with the neighbors.. nice way to end my evening before going home to the laundry.
