The customer service is so good I went on July 12 and the people were so friendly like this energetic girl was so welcoming to me. The drinks also tasted good, I got the passionfruit green tea which I recommend!!!

My drink is delicious… however I ordered 2 orders of fries and they are hard as a brick completely inedible. I only ordered them because their order min was 10$ and am terribly disappointed. Gave 2 stars because the drink is good

roach infestation! not just that, they use their bare hands to kill them if seen. Nobody washes their hands either. Nobody acknowledged the fact after and still tried to hand me my food. Disgusting. Also there was not just one roach, there was two on the counter where you pay. Baby roaches.

listen, i love this place but recently they have a roach infestation and some pretty weird workers.. my sis told him there were roaches on the counter and he stared at her, GRABBED ONE AND SQUISHED IT. the dedication is awesome but could you WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER??? HE WENT IN THE BACK ON HIS DAMN PHONE AFTER

Surprisingly cozy kung fu tea locale, there's parking behind the building and nearby the local library. Had lunch, involved a promotion of cost reduced spicy clam cup noodles with a drink. This location is also pretty great with the popcorn chicken with additional flavors. I got garlic which cane with garlic chips I eventually mixed with my cup noodles. The staff can cook/apply hot water for the cup noodles. The spicy clam noodles are pretty great in terms of noodles texture. Fair warning space out the broth intake. The Last Fred's have an intense kick in spice and brininess

The customer service here is absolutely atrocious, my girlfriend goes inside and the guy gives her the wrong order, then refuses to give her the right order and insists if she wants a new one she has to pay even though he got it wrong, and the way he talked was extremely rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, get new workers.

I have been going to location of Kung Fu for a long time but I think they recently changed management and now the drinks are not good. Not only is the orders not prepared as requested but also they don’t fill the cups to the top. See the picture of my latest drink, I won’t be going back to this location.
