I was the only customer inside of the store, however the lady at the desk made sure to make me wait 5 minutes while texting or possibly scrolling on her phone before greeting me and taking my order. The customer service was not the greatest. Everything else was okay.

It's not tasty! Not as good as the one at Eight Avenue! The pearls are too hard! The milk tea is too sweet! It's expensive and not tasty! I'd rather go to Starbucks! Some of the prices are more expensive than Starbucks, but it's worth it!

They need new workers. I went twice this week and the Boba pearls were not fully cooked. They were not delightful like they always are at Mr. wish. They were hard. They were getting stuck in my teeth. I asked for extra Boba and the guy forgot to add it on. The drink was already taking a long time to come out, and when it did finally come out, there was no extra Boba. Then I had to ask, pay, and then wait again for the extra Boba( which was hard by the way .) they also got my friends order wrong. They gave her a completely different drink than what she had originally asked for. The store needs new workers. The ones who work here are way too young and they clearly just don’t care About quality. It’s.

Kung Fu Tea is great for drinks, easily in and out, atmosphere is pretty relaxing for the most part. I have on tried the food, since I am really only stopping by for a sweet drink.

AMAZING SERVICE! I wish every fast food/restaurant experience was this good. Would definitely make a point to come back for the exceptional service alone. Only got drinks but the food offerings look so good. Don't worry if you don't know what to order, they'll help you! They aren't just drinks, there's plenty of food offerings, desserts, snacks.

I visited Kung Fu Tea at the Cottman location on 9/19 and ordered three rice ball, popcorn chicken along with a white grape punch. Unfortunately, one of the chicken tempura rice ball I received was totally burnt, which really affected the overall taste and enjoyment of my meal. I took a few bite and realized the chicken was darken and had bitter taste. You can see the meat inside was orange yellowish color. I was quite disappointed because I had not been there for long tome and it has been my favorite spot with friends during high school time. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to food preparation to ensure this doesn’t happen to others. While I still enjoy the drinks here, I’ll probably avoid ordering food items in the future. Totally disappointed! Food Never again! I gave the star for the white grape punch.

I came in the 30th. The two girls working at the front today were so slow and the slushy was so gross They need to hire new people and fire the old ones cuz this happens almost every time i see this girl. this is the last time!!!! so upsetting $15 minimum is ridiculous for a bad slushy
