The drink is really delicious! Unfortunately, their Dubai chocolate was sold out around 10:30（guess pretty delicious!), but I’ll definitely come back next time to try it.

Zero service orientation. Wouldn't answer any queries. Wouldn't have half the options on the menu. Would expect a tip for a take away without having any bit of service inclination. Heights of entitlement.

Ordered the coconut milk tea with boba. They do not include boba to the milk tea unless you ask them. The overall taste is ok. There are better bobas outside but visited this store since it was close to where we were. Staffs are courteous and didn’t quite follow my requests. Overall it’s an ok store.

Came here in Dec 2024, close to closing time. Ordered Mango snow slush. Kids loved it and still rave about it till this day.
Came in around 330 and we're the only people waiting to order. After we ordered several people came in and ordered, took over 30 minutes to get our orders (2 drinks) and they gave me order away to someone else and then tried to refuse to remake my order. I love Kung Fu Tea but I doubt I'll revisit this location.

We came to this place and got a very bad experience with the staff on March 15th, 2025. The store closing at 11pm, we came at 10:25pm with kids, they wanted to go to restroom in a hurry but the staff didn’t allow and behaved unrespectfully with us, the only reason was because the restroom was cleaned by the staff. This is sad to see, especially when kids are concerned.

Their milk teas are okay. If you want milk tea you should opt for less sugar if you don't like really really sweet drinks. Even though I love their Oolong Milk Tea, I think their fruit teas and slushes taste much better. The music is quite loud but I usually get my drink and leave.
