Service was horrible. The guy at the front walked past me twice and never once offered to ring me up. No hello or anything. However, a family came in and he then proceeded to help them. I have gone here several times and never had this experience.

Finally a tea shop that values the customer instead of ripping them off. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have better ratings. It is one of my favourites.Food is excellent every time as well as drinks. Sometimes with places like this they have alternative dairy sources that they add without explaining clearly. Everything is exactly as you expect it to be and sooo yummy.Their chicken is amazing, their teas are amazing. The only con is that they don’t serve the crepes that some king foo teas have. If they did I would be here more frequently as they are so unique and delicious.

Super slow, seriously understaffed. There is only one guy in the store (only prioritize taking the payment) and ignore other requests. Worst experience ever. Don’t go to that location such a waste of time.
Abysmal service. You’re never greeted, the workers mumble and are hard to understand. The one woman behaves as if she’d rather be shoveling horse manure. The food and bubble tea has usually been good, so I return time-to-time.
Female employee was rude, got my order wrong, only looked happy when she checks her phone. One of the drinks wasn't fully sealed and it spilled in my

Quick efficient service. The chicken sandwich was great and the strawberry tea was fantastic. If you're ever around Belmont & City Line, I wholeheartedly recommend Kung Fu Tea!

The amount of food you get here compare to the price is highway robbery! Especially the chicken tender, they are way too small to be counted as a whole tender smh.
