I have eaten hundreds of jjambong in restaurants all across the United States. I cannot believe the best jjambong I have ever eaten is in a tiny H mart food stall. You can taste the ‘wok hey’ smoky flavor in every bite. Both the soup base and noodles rival that of classic Chinese restaurants in Korea. The quantity of seafood is acceptable for the price. Their jjajang is also very good.
I would recommend the tofu jjambong and jjajang rice that comes with egg omelet.
As someone who is moving to a different city soon, this place will be sorely missed.

Ordered the jjajangbap here, and it hit the spot. The side of jjambong soup was nice too. My only few gripes - I could do without the shrimp in the egg, and it would have been nice to have a little more sauce and side radish. Seating here is tight (especially during dining hours), so keep that in mind if you're wanting to dine in.

Jajangmyun 4 out of 10. Not enough noodles, not enough onions, not enough vegetables. Strange sweetness to the overall taste. Jjamppong 5 out of 10. Not enough flavor in the broth. Not spicy at all, jjamppong is supposed to be spicy. Not impressed. The other Hmart has better food (Mings).

The food is so delicious and fresh! And the owner couple is the kindest ppl I’ve ever met. They care for kids and elders, and offered me an apron not to spill on my white clothing. I will definitely go back as often as I can!!!
Overpriced for the amount of food they give you. Got the tang soo yook, and I was insulted by the extremely small amount of sauce they gave me. It made it look like they’re skimping out on the customers.

The Jjamppong noodle soup is delicious. There are options with seafood, dumplings, and more. The soup base has an exceptional flavor. I would say this has become my favorite asian soup. I also like Pho and Hot Pot fish base soups. I look forward to trying other options, but I'm afraid that I may keep going back for the same soup, at least for a little while.
Must try beef Jjampong noodle! This was the best Jjampong noodle I ever tried! whenever go to Hmart food court, I always order it and order something new dishes together from them. They are very friendly and kind to customers as well. I recommend this to try!

I was so surprised to find the perfect jjampong visiting Philly! The ingredients were super fresh and the broth had a great wok fried and spicy flavor. Better than the ones I tasted in Los Angeles! Very good!
Great spot to grab a bite. Ordered the Jjampong, Jajang Myeon, and Tangsuyuk, and all the dishes were fantastic. The star was the Tangsuyuk. The crispy texture did not taste oily and held such a nice crisp texture, with a different texture than other standard Tangsuyuks. The service was amazing as well. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area.
